Rmart, there are plenty of other BBs, you can avoid this one. You might even use "TOMCO - TURBOSHALE - Commercialising Oil Shale Production". You are the author of that one.

In the interests of shareholders, the Board should be asked to state how much money is left NOW and how long this is expected to last.

At this time it may be difficult to raise further funding whether by loans or equity so the Board must come clean if there problems in this respect.

A lot of investors here may be up to their eyeballs in shares in Tomco. The Directors should take this seriously and ensure that they are taking all necessary actions to protect investors' stakes.

Turning to the recent accounts, did the auditors go over to US. to inspect the investment in Greenfield or how did they satisfy themselves on this area?
Did John tell them about his involvement also as CEO of Reform?

Quadrise have stated they expect to receive the oil samples shortly and the MMU is ready to be despatched from Denmark to Utah.

Does anyone remember Seb Marr last year. He visited in Feb 20, apparently bought some shares which pushed the share price up and then decided to go?

Of course John has the chairman looking over his shoulder so that should give reassurance to shareholders. The chairman in his resume states that he is a Chartered Accountant trained by PWC so he should be able to check the
State of play etc.

And the chairman will know that in US THEY INVEST BIG AND DIRECTORS PLACE THEIR OWN DOSH ON THE TABLE. STEVE BYLE WILL BE EXPECTING TOMCO TO HAVE PLENTIFUL RESOURCES, BE VERY CONFIDENT AND FULL OF AMERICAN SPIRIT whenever he talks with the chairman. One assumes this happens regularly.

In john potter's recent statement.
Take a look at the statement of operational risks what does the sentence mean in layman terms - it starts 'most of such risks..."

Also does not the analysis of risks make light of a whole load of issues upon which investors base their conclusions.

Should this not be withdrawn and a more detailed version prepared in the best interests of investors?
