A further thought on OrthoPure XT. It is not currently available in the US due to FDA regulatory requirements. Maybe the Geistlich commitment to advancing the clinical science surrounding OrthoPure XT which will be conducted at some of the leading institutions by clinicians in Italy, will contribute towards FDA application in the USA.

Tnt99, That is a very good point.

As you say, this is not just a distribution deal, but also a OrthoPure XT product development deal with a global player. Admittedly, the deal is currently limited to their Italian division, however there is a clear indication as to potential expansion. I'd be interested to know how Geistlich plan to further develop the product.

Holding a decent amount here, however if the share price falls further I'll double up.

This Italian deal if all goes well could be bigger than I thought maybe in time could double the turnover at least as this italian company has offices worldwide and can only grow the brand and save tissue regenix money on research as well

Clearly more buys than sells today but we're still substantially down. Maybe there is a delayed sell in the system? Very frustrating anyway. The company must be worth more than £25M IMHO.

Looking forward to the results meeting later this month, though not convinced positive newsflow will budge the share price in this climate.

Personally Id like to understand why there's not more marketing / PR activity, and why a share consolidation hasnt been considered. Knowing that neither of these things influence the fundamentals.

Hmm interesting... Why not drop the company a line and ask for the full list of options for the directors?

I've done a text search of the annual report and I can't find any mention of options for Danny Lee. He has 3,477,200 shares(£12,000) approx). His earnings in the prior year in the last annual report were £28,000. I can't see what his incentive is. I understand from this board that they don't intend to raise again, so he wouldn't be able to buy in then. Anybody explain this please? Normally the directors are stuffed with shares and options. The only thing I can see is "related party transactions of £1m" - without further explanation.

I'm buying no cash burn in the last 6 months and with Ukraine situation would tissue regenix products be useful not sure anyone???
