13/10/2021 16:13 | Good sign yes, in decent volume too. They see the big picture though and their investment horizon is in years. The average investor/trader looks for quick wins, so I suspect the price will drift to the technical level of 0.3-0.4 before moving any higher. | alancapone
13/10/2021 16:09 | directors have been buying recently - that's a good sign? | johneee
11/10/2021 11:11 | Something must be up ........as there's plenty of buyers interest today | johneee
08/10/2021 15:20 | TRX are in a great market place with super Products and Services. With demand increasing every day its a prime opportunity to be bought out at these prices with a potential target price about 4-5p or more. News may flow this month so dont miss out as TRX is a rare prospect. Future is very bright for this turnaround QTR.. | rocketblast
08/10/2021 14:29 | II's sell for many different reasons. There is many many examples of II's on AIM selling at any price when they decide to exit, often completely uncorrelated to a companies prospects. In fact a large II selling down can often lead to good buying opportunities as they can cause a technical depression in the share price In this instance the shares seem to have gone to a solid holder so all good. | ryesloan
08/10/2021 12:51 | Hi rocketblast, logic would be that an II would know more about what's going on than a pi, so based on your post, what I can't get my head around is why would a II sell over 300M this week if there was a very lucrative "pot of gold" just around the corner. Again, based on some of your previous posts, then some of them do 'happen', so I wouldn't like to put a bet on against them !! | channel pirate
08/10/2021 12:45 | @rocketblast do you have either a crystal ball or perhaps insider info? | ultrasilva
08/10/2021 12:10 | CliffPeat, great update, ducks are now getting aligned so takeover more likely. Will happen much sooner than we think. TRX will have to release RNS soon. | rocketblast
08/10/2021 11:29 | Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (OIG) now holds 10.66% of TRX OIG is based in Gibraltar and listed in London Ultimate controlling person of OIG is Christopher Mills (CM). CM "is currently Chairman of EKF Diagnostics and Renalytix AI." Both are listed companies in London and in Med-Tech. So he definitely has insight into the market place. It seems that CM's confidence in the prospects of TRX has increased and now together with IP Group (IPO) they own about 20% of TRX (Significant shareholders not updated on TRX web site since 17May21 Feeling positive - but as ever DYOR | cliffpeat

06/10/2021 14:35 | TRX the big question is who did BUY FROM IP Group. Takeover more likely and soon. Top up and get ready like me. | rocketblast
05/10/2021 17:03 | So the TR1 duly appeared. The IP Group are the sellers with their holding down by about a third to 9.29%. | gsg
05/10/2021 11:48 | rocketblast. If it were a US based company looking at TRX, the prime candidate would be Arthrex imo. | gsg
05/10/2021 11:01 | I am just hoping this support holds. | guy gibson
05/10/2021 10:59 | TRX holders be Patient as i expect a buyer in the pipeline so get ready with a 2p plus offer. TRX are in a great space and value at these levels and the pound is low. I suspect US takeover soon. | rocketblast
05/10/2021 09:30 | 300m trade just printed. Will be interesting to see the identity of the buyer/seller, if a TR1 is issued. | gsg
04/10/2021 22:39 | Posted by AquaeSulis01 on the Smith and Nephew thread. Hopefully could potentially have a similar beneficial effect to TRX business prospects. "re covid uncertainty, the number of red list travel destinations are due to be slashed because Covid-19 hospitalisation rates have confounded modelling which suggested that daily admissions could number 7,000 this month, when in fact they appear to have plateaued at 600. This reduced burden on the NHS, coupled with the 1 in 5 patients on the NHS routine operation waiting list going private, should start to reflect in improved figures for S&N as early as the Nov 4th update. As for the fly season." | gsg
04/10/2021 12:45 | @CliffPeat Thanks for that. As a wholly owned subsidiary TRX Orthopaedics Ltd results are consolidated into the statutory accounts of Tissue Regenix Group PLC. Likely to do with legacy group structure and kept alive to preserve CT losses. Turnover apportioned to the subsid is not relevant for tax or accounting(both are UK based). Osteotec are a distributor. | b1inkers
04/10/2021 12:13 | I continue to be long term bullish on TRX, but.... If 0.6 support goes the next support zone is .36 to .0.4. | david gruen
03/10/2021 12:56 | Apparently Tissue Regenix have combined tax losses of over £70m. Set against future profits, that will be a big positive. Tissue Regenix is a product company which is a brand. What's your point? | gsg |
