11/7/2022 12:37 | A few big trades of late, could it be a bit of corporate action? | clocktower
06/7/2022 10:52 | Do you think S&N are the big company behind the WLM deal? They never did tell us lol! | carrotandstick
06/7/2022 09:54 | If smith and nephew figures are anything to go by this should be reaching 1p by Christmas A product in demand whatever inflation does must be a winner in the end???! | tnt99
28/6/2022 09:08 | Yep, fairly busy this morning, and nice to see things moving north. I know it's early days, but at least it's going in the right direction. | carrotandstick
28/6/2022 09:06 | A roller coaster has many dips but the highs are exciting, much like surfing a wave. | clocktower
28/6/2022 08:24 | and how many times hav we been here before- bee loooooooon here! | ali47fish
28/6/2022 08:20 | A very positive sign and it now looks that the upward wave has commenced. How big a bounce depends upon getting any news I suspect. | clocktower
28/6/2022 07:28 | I am reassured that Harwood, whose decisions I respect, have increased their holding | cerrito
28/6/2022 07:24 | Bridggar - It's just Harwood adding. I know that Neil Woodford is trying to get up and running again, but former investors are still trying to recoup their lost money and are trying to sue the administrators. Whilst he may want to get back in the business, I think potential investors would rather take their money elsewhere. | carrotandstick
28/6/2022 07:01 | Is this Neil Woodford taking a stake again I wonder?? | bridggar
28/6/2022 06:43 | harwood cap adds 3pc | ali47fish
27/6/2022 17:38 | Well those RNS at around 18.00 sort that out. | clocktower
27/6/2022 14:36 | Good to see that Lombard Odier could sell 3% of TRX without moving the share price and no doubt we will have a RNS telling us the buyer(s). I see that reported trading today has gone back to sleep. It would be good to get a TU in the next week or so as no doubt we will not get the interims till September. I remain very comfortable with my holding | cerrito
27/6/2022 14:21 | If you were a UK institutional investor with a June year end you may want to realise a capital loss (or gain) on investment for corporation tax planning purposes, easily orchestrated by selling to a sister company. There was a similar trade in June 20 but not in June 21, presumably because the share price had risen in the previous 12m. Nothing to get excited about. Everyone is holding for the mid-year results update.... i.e. re-rate if breakeven reached. I'm going back to sleep until then! | b1inkers
27/6/2022 13:19 | They match up if you add Friday 10.8m and 150.m with purchase of 161m therefore matched bargains | ingroid
27/6/2022 11:54 | Yes, that's the one I meant. Another one today for £21k too. I'll be gutted if they're sells lol | carrotandstick
27/6/2022 11:13 | Yes an even bigger trade from Friday 161,000,000 (Around £684k) at .00425. Now it may start to move upwards again I guess if there is a good RNS about all this. | clocktower
27/6/2022 07:52 | Yes, I would imagine we'll hear something soon. Anything that sets this share moving north will do me. Never known one be so flat for so long | carrotandstick
27/6/2022 07:05 | I didn't see that until now, been away. I would assume that it was a worked sell, but that might clear the decks now for a rise?? No doubt we'll see shortly. We may also get a TR-1?NAI | cyberbub
24/6/2022 15:01 | That 10million plus trade looks like a buy, that has been put together, and if we see a few more bigger trades it is likely it will start its next move upwards imo. DYOR. | clocktower
17/6/2022 15:44 | The key message that we've gathered is that we don't need to raise any more money in order to get to breakeven, in the current FY. Then we can start to get a valuation more fitting of a medical tech company with in-demand and patented products, IMO | cyberbub
17/6/2022 10:52 | The dilution is tiny and not much to worry about imho. It is just 2.7m shares out of 7bn shares in issue which is about 0.039%, a tiny dilution (2.7*100/7000). Not difficult to own bigger percentage of the company than this with such a low market cap - my own personal holding is quite a bit larger. As long as the person (employee?) who exercised the options does not sell the shares, I would see it as a positive sign that employees are investing in the company. Even if they sell, it is not a big holding. I would guess it is a senior employee, but not one of the directors. What would be worrying if they did a fund raise and issued a lot more shares. Some more positive news from the company at this stage would be helpful. It worries me that their web site has never changed for a number of years, hardly a sign that things are progressing. The only positive thing I can see is that there are a couple of jobs listed so at least there is some activity. | barnsbury
17/6/2022 07:01 | Anyone else concerned about yesterday's RNS? Surely the last thing we need are more shares. | carrotandstick
16/6/2022 16:03 | Agreed Bennjaminn and better to be invested in stock with potential than to leave funds siting in low interest account while inflation zips ahead at a faster pace. Companies with products that are in high demand like this company supplies can at least raise their prices. To remind this that might just glance at the thread, note the following: "About Tissue Regenix (www.tissuergenix.co Tissue Regenix is a leading medical devices company in the field of regenerative medicine. The company's patented decellularisation ('dCELL(R)') technology removes DNA and other cellular material from animal and human soft tissue leaving an acellular tissue scaffold which is not rejected by the patient's body and can then be used to repair diseased or damaged body structures. Current applications address many critical clinical needs in sports medicine, foot and ankle, and wound care. In August 2017 Tissue Regenix acquired CellRight Technologies(R), a biotech company that specializes in regenerative medicine and is dedicated to the development of innovative osteoinductive and wound care scaffolds that enhance healing opportunities of defects created by trauma and disease. CellRight's human osteobiologics may be used in spine, trauma, general orthopaedic, dental, and ophthalmological surgical procedures." | clocktower |
