Still no sign of it. It's the same with BOTB - not sure if the market makers are the same for both?

Your 4M hasn't turned up yet, odd - the MMs must be trying to balance their books.

I dont think so cb. The BoD keep saying theyre close to positive cf with ample cash reserves. They wouldnt be drawing against debt with all that liquidity.

It is simply retail investors getting cold feet. There's no serious volume so the drip sale of a few thousand shares is causing the share price to tank.

It needs positive communication so analysts can revise future revenue estimates and trigger IE topups. A consolidation would help. Painful as it is there are no warning signals in the fundamentals.

I can only assume that Mr Market thinks that the company are going to need more cash. However in H2 they 'only' lost £1M, and have £5.9M cash available at Dec 31. So they should have enough money to keep going for some time - and that ignores the fact that operations were disrupted all year due to Covid, and will surely bounce back strongly in 2022?My only niggle is that they say 'cash' remaining and not 'net cash'. Does anyone think that they might be trying to pull the wool over our eyes and are drawing increasingly on their debt facility?Any comments?

You can normally get a much better price by putting in a FOK order...

Really disappointing share price performance over the last 12 months, a long slow slide. I fear that we may be heading back to the 0.25p placing price FFS. We need some evidence of business ramping up pronto.

I for one would vote him off the board at the next general meeting without good explication of what he is bringing to the table and demand he buys a lot of stock at once

Commiserations

You can't make this up - appointment of someone who has a track record of not only failure but repeated failure does not inspire confidence.

Someone has rightly pushed for his abysmal track record to be disclosed.

Wonder what he brings to the TRX table and what value he will add ?

At least he is not a fugitive with a criminal record, like some AIM Chief Executive who was outed a few years ago.

I've just seen yesterday's RNS. Not really want you want to see on a CV, but worth remembering he's a non executive director. Is it the case that TRX has to release that information? I don't see the point of the RNS otherwise, but at the same time, why would you want to appointment someone like that in the first place? Surely they must have known at the time.

Tnt99 - Imagine being able to make that kind of money.
I've got a couple of a million shares with an average price of about 0.55, so I don't really see it happening lol!

2 x 1m top up, so got to 10m holding. That's me done buying. I'll hold for as long as it takes.

It's a sleeper which should five bag eventually imo.

Tnt99 if you're correct then we're probably valued about right today at 0.5pish IMO. The opportunity will come with an acceleration in the next couple of years, as the economy recovers etc. Mr Market looks forward...! Perhaps 2p within 18 months?A 100:1 consolidation should be pursued in 2022 IMO. A massive share count and sub-penny SPwon't be helping the credibility of this positive recovery story.NAI

FY21 H2 revenues of £7.6m, up 12% from H1 levels despite covid headwinds. Even with relatively conservative growth assumptions, they should be planning for FY22 revenues of £17m to £18m (assuming modest improvements re covid impact).

So, FY22 should be modestly profitable, and their current valuation is less than 2x revenues. Given the scale of the opportunity and the robust financials, the current valuation is clearly too cheap.

TRX only burned £0.9m cash in the six months to Dec 2021, despite the 'adverse impact' of Delta in the period July to Oct 2021. The weak USD also didn't help over this period.

But for these factors, and covid in particular, they would probably be cash flow positive in this six-month period.
