13/4/2022 15:12 | I won't be selling any till we fly past 2p hopefully by this time next year | tnt99
13/4/2022 14:12 | Maybe a large delayed after close trade to print one of these days, showing that someone has been hoovering up stock over the last week. | gsg
13/4/2022 13:23 | cybeerbub - I am sure you have more time than I have but good luck with that. My target here is .70 and then I will re-consider but bear in mind how oversold this was. In part due to the past problems caused by COVID but now sales are climbing back and the developments have been completed. Upwards and onwards but we might get little drops as people take profits. Sit tight and enjoy the ride. | clocktower
13/4/2022 13:06 | Your post 7102 clocktower, nothing stopping you (or me for that matter) emailing the company's IR officer or indeed the CEO? | cyberbub
13/4/2022 12:58 | Stock looks to be suprisingly tight with mm's. Currently L2 1 v 2. | gsg
13/4/2022 12:26 | So Peel Hunt pushing the bid up. L2 1 v 1. Spread also tighter over the last week. Currently 1.96%. | gsg
13/4/2022 12:14 | The volume is starting to increase, as tired or weak holders sell along with short term profit takers but I believe a lot of the rise has been driven due to the recovery in sales, and the outlook is even better. | clocktower
13/4/2022 11:57 | Something def funny going on in the background here. It's been walked up each day for the last week on minimal volume. L2 just strengthened again to 4 v 1, so with a few more buys, another step up is imminent. Will be interesting to see what transpires in the near future. | gsg
09/4/2022 05:56 | I wholeheartedly agree with both your of your comments, and let’s hope that someone close to the company informs the CEO and CFO of some stakeholders views, and more importantly acts upon them, in good faith. It helps provide confidence and respect from the market in general. Still! It is nice that one corporate, has been upping their stake recently. I don’t know if either of you have taken much notice of the company website of late but I doubt if many investors realise the potential of the science behind the business. Well, worth a read, if others did they may now find it very rewarding and enriching. | clocktower
08/4/2022 16:51 | Thanks reef and clock tower very informative but unfortunately all that info doesn't answer my question In my view they should spout the target share price etc As this could be a good way of spreading interest and be self for-filling to the share price Or are they not allowed too? | tnt99
08/4/2022 16:27 | The award of share options announced earlier today is the 2nd annual tranche of executive director option awards made under the terms of the Long Term Incentive Scheme (LTIP). These schemes are fairly common and presumably, there will be further annual awards made. The awards don't actually vest into shares unless performance criteria are achieved. There is some high-level disclosure of these conditions in the Remuneration Report in the 2021 Annual Report; "The final vesting of the awards is determined by performance against vesting criteria, set by the Remuneration Committee at the time of grant, and adjudged by the Remuneration Committee in the period prior to the nominated vesting date. The goals are set against key aspects of Group performance, defined to be Total Shareholder Return (TSR), Revenue Growth, Profitability and individual performance against personal performance goals. Weighting is set at 80% of the vesting directed at Group performance over the period against the three corporate goals and 20% against personal performance goals. As part of the LTIP rules the Executive Directors are required to use vested LTIPs to build a shareholding in the Group to a level of 100% of base salary over a period of six years." In the case of TRX, TSR essentially means the market cap of the company and the goal (i.e. the amount of the increase in company value at which vesting occurs) will have been established by reference to some AIM market reference metric. | reefseeker
08/4/2022 13:54 | From the last accounts: So non of the previous options woulds have been dilutive, so I expect the same will apply to those just granted. "The Company has options issued over 106,832,872 (2020: 50,803,039) ordinary shares and there are 16,112,800 (2020: 16,112,800) jointly owned shares which are potentially dilutive. Due to the losses incurred from continuing operations in the years reported, there is no dilutive effect from the existing share options and jointly owned shares." The beauty with this stock, is the rapid return to growth following the covid upheavals. I guess there is also the potential that a bid is made for the business from a much larger enterprise. | clocktower
08/4/2022 13:36 | I have no idea either Tnt99 but you can bet your bottom dollar that they will be working their socks off, to get the profits rising and the share price will go with it, and they will want a lot more than 1p per share, as that would only give the CEO just over half a million. I am sure they will aiming much much higher that that. Can you remember what the targets were on previous share options, without trawling the accounts? | clocktower
08/4/2022 13:03 | Yes but what are the targets clock as I see no mention of this in the rns Is it a doubling to 1p or what no mention in the rns | tnt99
08/4/2022 08:08 | I am all for incentives for management But how can you find out when they kick in you seem to have seen them but no explication in the rns? | tnt99
08/4/2022 06:32 | Well these stock options are aligned with shareholders interests, with service and performance plus profitability targets set. Onwards and upwards | clocktower
07/4/2022 11:20 | Good point emeraldzebra - and it seems that it might go all the way back up and maybe beyond, as its anyone's guess that there might be very good news before to long that could make 0.7 look cheap I guess - these things have a power all of there own, whichever way they are going - I mean they were way oversold even at 0.55 imo I have been waiting for this sort of news for some time but in view of options and previous buys as you pointed out - it could take off once again. | clocktower
06/4/2022 15:27 | They probably hold stock options with a long term expiration date. No point in exercising those until the share price rallys. | b1inkers
06/4/2022 15:26 | Clock - true - but i seem to remember there were some quite big purchases by directors, back when the shares were around 0.7. And that was when the Covid nuisance was at its height......which made it all the more mysterious that the shares have fallen quite a lot since.....?? | emeraldzebra
06/4/2022 14:48 | Agreed - I own more of this company than they do combined. Also means no market sensitive news imminent. | bridggar
06/4/2022 14:18 | Not much of an investment by the CEO and CFO. If they had more confidence, I would have expected them to dig deeper in their pockets than just under £8k each. An effort to get the share price up? | clocktower

02/4/2022 07:13 | Creeping up over the last week so I think sentiment is changing and results should only improve to a small profit this financial year I expect share price to test .7 or .8 by Christmas? | tnt99 |
