I calculate NAV at 5.063 p/share, of which 2.338 p/share is net cash. i have assumed unchanged warrant value. 2.65 p/share to buy looks like remarkably good value. This means you get 2.389 p/share of equity investments selected by a proven good selector for 0.312 p/share. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

I hold nearly 3 million and am adding.

Best wishes.

TIR should be motoring again. How does Bruce pick them? NAV has to be nearer 5p by end of Sept given rises in NPE and River Diamonds. Would be intersting to track NAV vs share price to understand what the likely rise in the share price will be by end of Sept. Will Bruce continue investing or will he call the market as he did with Cambrian when he sold out at £2.14 and now around £1.45 ish?

Saw this on another board - IMHO DYOR etc

Pure speculation, and in no way intending this to be used as investment advise.

Have been reliably informed that news regarding oil production farm in could be released very soon.

No time scale given, could be hours, days , weeks even. But this is normally a very reliable person who has given me the nudge.
I didnt need the nudge though, as I am in already.

Next up was Zari Resources, which continued its meteoric rise of the last few weeks with a further gain of 27 per cent to close at 4.63p. It is worth remembering that this company was first listed at the end of July with a starting price of 1p. The story driving the move continues to be rising expectations about its proposed move into oil in West Africa.

We hold 9mill shares in NPE. Bought it when it was still BLO at 2p!
NPE expects to be well above 40p in next 4 years...

Just sold mine at 3p.

It remains an excellent investment, but somewhat dull to hold, even though its returned me nearly 50% in a couple of months.

I realise that sounds like a contradictory statement, and perhaps it is, but I took profits anyway!

NAV at 30/6 of 4.5p.

A rise this quarter of 2% compared to the previous quarter's 6.5%. Resource stocks had a fairly dire 3 months, so I can live with that. I hope Nautical won't be our only trip into oil.

For the record, recent NAV's

3.43p 29/10
4.14p 31/12
4.41p 31/3
4.50p 30/6.

due portfolio valuation on 30/6, more good news, could be 5p NAV. Tir are now issuing quarterly so great to hold such a boring stock...
