Well the old six hour window had to be stretched to eight hours due to a not so swift visit to the Indian restaurant.

lol - that was goooood that was.

Did my oil change. Flippen heck that was a dirty job with all the underseal on bolts and everywhere it should not be.
I have never done such a mucky oil change and being a paper element and not a canister makes the job a dirty one albeit very easy.

Good Morning.
The Pub will now start serving breakfasts from Midday.

Looks like it is going to be a sunny day. Maybe today I will get a chance to crawl under the Duster and do an oil change.

Hmm I like that idea and could do midday to 6pm, my downfall is the beer, I do need to cut that down

Going for two meals a day. Attempting to eat within a 6 hour window for five week days. Weekends normality exists. Have lost three lbs first week and two last week. Tending not to want much. Wife losing as well about 4 lbs over the two weeks. More importantly it's not fluctuating as other diets have and it don't seem like a diet.

I like a nice haddock fillet now and again.

Starting off as quite a damp day.

This morning I saw this fella dragging a clam on a leash behind him. I thought it must be hard to walk with a pulled mussel.

Morning

Yes indeed and I have been for a decent walk, still getting a bit of pain in my calf but it's a lot better, I guess years of curry has taken its toll

Good Morning.
Have you all made good use of your extra hour sleep, or like me just went to bed an hour later.

Afternoon.
We have had quite a nice day apart from a bit of a gusty wind at times. Pressure washed my paving blocks at the back of the house. Looks nice and clean again.

What are Labour playing it, taxing the hell out of people is not the way forward and granny freezing certainly isn't wise, they are out of touch to say the least

I tried to make butter and it just came out as a gooey mess, I said to myself

I can't believe it's not butter

I said I was not going to bother making butter from cream again as messy and hard work. Well I bought some cream and made butter this afternoon. Really easy just doing 300ml of cream but 600ml is tedious. Bear in mind I am whipping the cream by hand not with a food mixer. It does give us some really nice fresh butter.
