25/10/2024 14:10 | I said I was not going to bother making butter from cream again as messy and hard work. Well I bought some cream and made butter this afternoon. Really easy just doing 300ml of cream but 600ml is tedious. Bear in mind I am whipping the cream by hand not with a food mixer. It does give us some really nice fresh butter. | jonjonck |
