Strange old share this, sometimes the directors are a little too close to the action and fail to see the wood for the tree's. Interesting to see where this is in a years time. Maybe the directors will run to these buyers they've scorned begging for them to take it off their hands.

Does the CEX still control the THG property co? In current climate may help THG if its landlord is the CEX, and was willing to be flexible on rent, etc.
