I was wondering if some of you more astute nobs can refrain from buying in at the moment cos I really want to buy more if you can drip it f for me towards 62p..please don't put your nobs on the table yet..please I really need this last bit of help..i will always lovya and shagya with love and kindness and support you whenever you need my nob on that mahogany table.

No I'm not Indian.. and not from a council estate.. I'm not a scruff and i don't have Minjsniffing potential!!
Have lotta fun in trading, especially when the percentage is in your favour.. that's 76% in My favour... basically a guaranteed win!!!!

Holding a few today.. and looking to add on any weakness.. think this will WHOOOOOOSH towards £2.60.. far too cheap to just ignore.
Matty doesn't want to give it away for pittance either.. so Matty I know you have level 4 and have access to few rounded cupped birds.. therefore after releasing your tension in doggie can you concentrate on getting us a buyer closer to £2.60 or forget the bidders and take me towards true value at £5.17

Matty knows what he's doing.. his bird told me last night.. that's why I'm looking to add to my holding and will continue to do so on the level 4 knowledge that Matty will continue growing the business, while the share price recovers to £5.17 or if a bidder does the maths now, before the WHOOOOOOSH to £5.17

Suitors back out as THG rebuffs all recent ‘undervalued’ buyout approaches

Britain’s THG said on Thursday it had rejected all recent takeover approaches received, as they “significantly undervalued” the e-commerce group, and said that it was not “appropriate” to provide due diligence access to those parties.

Two suitors for THG Plc pulled out on Thursday after the British e-commerce firm disclosed it had rejected recent takeover approaches as undervalued, sending its shares tumbling about 23%.

London-listed THG said the approaches “significantly” undervalued it, and that its board did not think it was “appropriate” to provide due diligence access to the parties who made overtures recently – without naming them.

The owner of Myprotein supplements has become a takeover target in recent months after losing two-thirds of its market value since debuting on the London Stock Exchange in 2020.

A consortium of Belerion Capital and King Street Capital Management, and British mogul Nick Candy’s acquisition vehicle Candy Ventures Sarl in separate statements confirmed that they did not intend to make offers for THG.

Candy showed an interest in THG last month when the latter disclosed that it had rejected a possible offer of 170 pence per share from the two investment groups.

THG shares were down 20.8% at 83.4 pence as of 0936 GMT even as the group said it continued to perform well and in line with its own expectations.

THG on Thursday also indicated that it would not extend a deadline which was set for making firm offers to the group.

Checking in from LA. All I can say is that I have called this stock to a tee. I did say it would be below a pound if there was no bid and I was right. It's a painful lesson for people investing hoping for a bid or investing because their mate said the CEO is a nice guy.

Always invest in fundamentals and I am afraid as I have said numerous times before this business makes no free cash and is not forecast to do so for at least 3/4 years. I hope they don't need to borrow as the rates will be punitive.

Toast - I won't gloat. Not my style. I just hope you haven't (as you have suggested) bet the farm on this one. The many months of sleepless nights you will have to endure now will be no fun. Anyway chin up pal.

I posted a link a few days ago in relation to retail sales on cosmetics and they were showing a fall of 28% I cannot recall where I got the link from but that is a concern.

THG's customers can cut down drasticaly what they spend on cosmetics and beauty.
