Candy pulls out with all their wealth is another red flag for the company even if the share price was 50 pence it is still overvalued for a company with spend on cosmetics falling by 28%

People need to feed themselves and keep warm there lies their priorities.

Noone in their right mind is going to bid for THG in the present economic environment at what MM expects Cromwell and i assure you now they'll be leading the negotiation table not the blatant chav Moulding who has very little business acumen and I very much doubt it will be to the intentions of shareholders anyhow!

Once Ingenuity is spun off THG is nothing but an overvalued make up business with 3x more debt than the new mcap will be, rubbish margins because they knock stuff out to cheap and in a falling economy likely to hit the wall. Overheads are too big, but cut them they make no money at all... thats why you need real profits not just paper ones... eeekk

No.... they felt the market had priced it right but offered a premium to secure the deal for the company as a whole. The issue is Matt moulding values the Ingenuity at more than its actually worth. So Nick Candy walked away... just like Softbank lol

So if they feel 170p seriously undervalues the company, then how do they feel about 70p, lol ?!

So our resident du_mb fu_ck Toansy states..

"THG make an adjusted ebitda profit. It’s not possible to grow at their rate without suffering losses."

...So are you not aware that with aggressive fiscal policy in a dire economic environment where the market is taking no prisoners unfortunately but add to the mix how a companies earnings erode in future with such an environment!

...I think it is widely becoming apparent Toansy that you are nothing but 'Unlearned'...ohh and a dirty little English commoner but lets hope you don't need to rreevaluate your financial arrangements urgently hey, oops!
