Fortunately I made on the way up and sold but bought back @1.12 and sold at 1.04 wise move taking the hit. Sadly now I think we will see newer lows so waiting till they are hit. At the moment pump and dump share for without buy out no real positives

SoftBank ludricrous to take up option - so bad news flow potential

Write down goodwill on balance sheet must be a must - so post higher loss

A major issue that will affect THG is glossy box subscriptions revenue. In times of austerity people scrutinise bank accounts more so and subscription renewals accross all industries suffer badly.

Inflation costs will be hard to absorb

On positives

THG are penetrating new markets
Are reducing cost per shipment (auto store)

I do believe moulding will make low ball offer as part of consortium so all these headwinds will only serve that opportunity - look at his past. If the recession is as deep as being predicted discretionary consumables suffer and company share lower so MM can take private for lower price - should he so wish

classic really, they let the sell-on-the-news crew out at 71p then within no time it's back at 80p and FOMO kicks in ... enjoying this trade

Everyone and his dog and bird knows this is easy money back above £1...even my birds mate knows this, and she only collects stamps for a living.

Don't think it wants to give me anymore at 62p..don't really think it wants to go there.
Either wait if it needs me, I'm waiting at 62p for more..or I'm gonna sell all mine again to 4X4 at £2.60 or on a gradual climb towards £5.17
