As per previous RNS's, Separation is due to complete by H1 22, if not already done, waiting for everything else to fall in place, must be any day now!

IMMINENT. 9 working days remain.

This takeover charade, cannot be real. Ian cannot offer 170p, knowing all along it will be rejected, what's the point!! And then Ian still gets full backing from 91% of voters including MM at the AGM. mmmmmm

Seems like something is afoot... We will all find out over the coming days!

Why are they still showing holdings today ?

This deadline can only be extended with the consent of the Takeover Panel in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code."

They did neither .... so what is going on ?

It should get back to a quid I guess but Mr Market trusts MM even less after this debacle.MM needs to pull another rabbit out of the hat PDQ to restore any confidence in this ability.

THG didn't let the suitor through the front door for a look even though he was a mate.How odd that that!That's why the market slammed it down.Unexplainable behaviour from someone Mr Market never trusted anyway.

It went down because a suitor didn't bid along with market sentiment. The business hasn't changed and is very undervalued.

Funny how MM and THG will shout from the rooftops about a highly speculative potential bid that turns out to be just rumours but they won't issue an update on SoftBank options or spin-out of beauty or spin-out of ingenuity...which they were supposed to have done by now. Wasn't the break-up of the company supposed to happen in 2022? It's June already. Weren't they supposed to release this info in Q1 or H1 2022?

Kubera sadly what I have learnt is true value and the value big boys decide is the game is play. The big players will pump, dump and manipulate. Look at Barclays recent holdings RNS and also how many shares were open shorts - they ride peaks and troughs

Thg long term THG will consolidate portfolio and gain momentum in more markets. Building infrastructure for global expansion is a cash drain. As I said Thg will come good but when the market decide to pump or dump - that is what happens. More down pressures and I do believe moulding would want to buy as cheap as possible (like he did the THG properties and his ludicrous share awards)

I sold IGR and put everything including my nob into THG...no brainer back towards £2.60
