Seems decent enough
2024 delivery now key to seeing this share double. It has the capacity IMO and the cost saving initiatives while growing revenue would suggest EBITDa and cash should rebound

Last time this company overextended themselves(2010?) they did what was necessary, turning it around with sensible financial management and it paid out to buy in low. I still like this business but expectations seem to have softened for the forseeable. Current dip does seem like a reasonable buy though so I continue to average down.

I sold our shares in 2021 and never regretted doing so. I wouldn't touch anything recommended by Simon Thompson

Looks like a very very good/quick job tbh and tbf to management. New (old) Chair coming back obviously bashed a few heads together.

So "underlying" EBITDA £10m, debt down below £20m (may be seasonally back up Q1 lets see), so now looking back at "value" end of things IMO/DYOR

Surprised on the upside, particularly on cash. Need for rights issue fading or at least not until a bit more recovery in the share price

Not good, but as expected in their previous statement. Think they will be ok, but I’m not holding.

So needing a waiver of bank covenants....not great at all

Any more softening of trading & IMO this will need a rescue rights issue...

Welcome RNS today:

MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), .... is pleased to announce the appointment of David Morgan as Non-Executive Chair.

IMO this is a good move. DM was an exec director from April 2010 to 30 September 2021 and holds 5+% of the company. He was at the helm in the growth years and no doubt, has a personal interest in pulling the group through this tricky period.

A knowledgeable and tough, objective, voice on board is likely to be a great asset. (And for those longer term holders, we can look forward to increasing our vocabularies when he delivers his Chairman's reports:)

Now wondering whether to risk buying stock against the recently "falling knife".
