23/9/2020 07:41 | but with new shutdown rules, is a small profit even likely to justify the £57m market cap? For me no, one to avoid unless nearer £20m market cap and better visibility on future revenues/EBITDA! Sorry! DYOR | qs99

09/9/2020 20:14 | we will shortly see since interims are due 23rd Sept. H12019 showed Pathfindr sales at 15,000 units (if memory serves me well). COVID19 gained traction for H22019 and therefore I would imagine stronger sales to be reported for 2nd half of FY. each unit sales price is £50. No details on cost to manufacture etc. What does make a difference mean? Having this technology arm within the group can make a huge difference (in my opinion). Its likely to only be one of a few business units within the group reporting solid growth for the FY. Some would argue Fuse (pathfindr is only one product they deliver) could easily be worth on its own in the region of £10 mill. | noble3r

31/7/2020 10:20 | IC extract- Analyst Roddy Davidson at house broker Shore Capital has reintroduced forecasts, predicting a second half pre-tax profit of £2.5m on revenue of £35.7m, an outcome that would warrant a final dividend of 1.2p a share. Moreover, Mission enters the recovery phase in a stronger financial position, having cut net debt from £4.9m to £1.2m since the start of 2020, and taken the decision to rationalise its office requirements within the M25 to save £0.7m in annual overheads. | davebowler

27/7/2020 09:43 | Innovation Bubble Ltd The more I look into the case studies and approach of this small company, the more relevant it seems to TMG. "The past thirty years of decision science (and two Nobel prize winners) have demonstrated that about 80% of the decisions we make are influenced by factors we are unaware of. So ASKING consumers why they do something will only yield 20% of the truth. To really find out what drives consumers’ behaviour, it requires implicit research methods to unveil their non-conscious attitudes. As psychologists we can help you do this." Access to new substantial business clients of TMG will drive IB and perhaps allow them to increase fee levels. Could be a very smart move. | cliffpeat
27/7/2020 09:24 | Innovation Bubble Ltd Looks like a retirement sale - Nigel Moore the main shareholder is 71. YE 31 July 2019 accounts show average number of employees as 4. Assuming this includes the 2 directors, thatleaves 2. However, the company's web site shows a predominately female "team" of 12 well qualified people - one assumes these are professionals operating through their own practice companies. "People" is the main "asset" of marketing services companies and it will be interesting to see if key consultants are added to TMG payroll to secure services. Net assets £35k at 31 July 2019 It looks like an interesting and relevant acquisition. | cliffpeat
