I was typing as you posted.
So if Olisol set up this FZC. They would be able to distribute those shares to others holding less than 3%. But you still have to announce threshold crossed when that changes. And it clearly has.

Looks as though Olisol have done one but as you said where have the shares gone????


How can the issued ordinary shares, pieces have changed??? (217765 shares)?????....Answered my own question...I am assuming this is the amount of shares that Tethys have bought back over 2 years!!!!

Does anyone remember the last time Bill or Tethys broker bought shares. I haven't got access to all of the other exchanges they use.

Anyway it looks like TPL shares might be getting a bit thin on the ground, with a few buys moving the price up. Who would have thought that LOL. Looks like the shakers might need to up their game. Hopefully the people holding now are well aware of all the tricks.
