19/3/2024 12:42 | Can someone remind me of Bills email address and I will argue the benefits of a move to the TSX at the earliest opportunity or if anyone else wants to contact him. | tankerton
19/3/2024 12:12 | Exactly, it would be a straight forward move. No point in over complicating things at this stage. | 1399peter
19/3/2024 11:00 | In fact if I recall correctly the original plan was to list on the TSX but because they didn't meet the criteria for the TSX at that time they ended up on the TSXV. Therefore it goes without saying that if the company are now in growth mode then a move to the TSX would be relatively easy to achieve, given the benefit it would bring to investors. | tankerton
19/3/2024 10:28 | Peter, whilst I am mindful of Bills comment's about moving to the NYSE, I agree that the most immediate benefit to Tethys would come from a move to the TSX. That alone would make it much easier to trade and far less volatile. They could always move to the NYSE when they have beefed the company up. | tankerton
19/3/2024 10:27 | or move back to London. AIM would be fine. | zangdook
19/3/2024 10:22 | I personally don't think the NYSE can be considered for a long while yet. Perhaps years. The most practical thing to do in the current situation would be to move to main index of the TSX. | 1399peter
19/3/2024 10:15 | In addition, I think the only thing to be negative on at the moment is the exchange we are on. We've seen what happens when there is a consistent buyer and indeed a seller. Everything in-between is just the trading bots. While I don't think an exchange move is a priority at the present time, I do think that if Tethys want to be taken seriously then they need to move to a proper exchange ASAP. | tankerton
19/3/2024 09:52 | Peter, while I agree with what you say, I feel it to be a reason to be neutral at worst, not negative. There have been years when negativity was fully justified but I don't think that applies now. | tankerton
19/3/2024 09:41 | tankerton, Wholly agree. I am feeling more positive than I have done for a long while. "BUT" you still have to be prepared for anything regarding the Kaz authorities and Kaz in general. That is my main concern. So until the licenses are granted, I will keep em crossed. | 1399peter
19/3/2024 08:29 | Peter, Tethys are spending millions on building the infrastructure to not only restart production but to expand it whilst negotiations are ongoing for exports. Surely you must agree that amounts to more than crossing our fingers and hoping for the best. The gas compressors alone cost 5million dollars. You wouldn't be paying that sort of money if you wasn't confident of a production license. | tankerton
19/3/2024 08:18 | Tankerton, Yes I agree, there does seem to be some very positive traction. But nothing as yet confirmed. We are still on the runway with our fingers crossed unfortunately. | 1399peter
19/3/2024 08:13 | Peter, yes I agree that frustration is taking it's toll here but I don't think that it is warranted at the present time when there is clear evidence of so much going on in the background to reduvinat this company and set it on a course for growth. | tankerton
19/3/2024 07:52 | Tankerton, I really wouldn't worry too much about it. Some of us just need to Vent the frustration generated by the years of waiting for something to actually happen here. Hopefully this time, without any dramas and to plan. We'll see soon enough. | 1399peter
18/3/2024 21:33 | Dr3dd, I keep telling you this. The volatility is down to the matched bargain basis of the TSXV. Checked earlier and it was down 12%. Just checked now and it's up 10%. If you check out my link above you will see that Tethys are 32nd of the top best performing stocks on the TSXV with a gain of 0.42% over the last 90 days. That sounds like a bad performance but if shows just how badly the whole TSXV has been performing. | tankerton
17/3/2024 10:13 | Just an interesting read Totally unrelated to Tethys. Just thought I would post as I have mentioned Norway's wealth before and how Kaz should be in a similar position as should the UK. | 1399peter
15/3/2024 22:33 | Dr3dd, That's the nature of the TSXV. Matched trades and no market makers. What you are witnessing is the very reason we need a proper exchange. | tankerton
15/3/2024 18:25 | Peter, I don't think the NYSE is a first line priority at the present time. I do believe it will happen but only after Tethys have been beefed up. In effect I don't expect it until after Tethys do a deal with KMG to access their pipelines to world markets. | tankerton |
