02/5/2018 09:56 | This was always very high risk due to where they are operating. Nothing is as it seems. Nothing straightforward. My transfer with saxo is ongoing but gone quiet. Mentally I have written this off. If it ever becomes anything then great. Not holding my breath obviously. I think if I had as much in here as some then my attitude would be totally different. | ![]() neilyb675
02/5/2018 09:23 | TI, that is a stupid comment! Just to be clear for the very last time so that you can understand, if Robson wasn't removed, the company was going bankrupt, I hope that sinks in for the very last time. | ![]() devonlad
01/5/2018 17:27 | Is it surprising that the directors are keeping their heads down and saying nothing? It's clear to me that the Board has failed to adequately protect the company. The only question now is will the Board in the long term be able to re-establish the company as a going concern or is it inevitably doomed? The shares are best put in the bottom draw and the shareholders get on with life. | enamel3
01/5/2018 11:03 | Thanks guys. Is the recent move to NEX (CA) likely to cause a further problem? Not sure many would support that? | ![]() casual47
01/5/2018 11:01 | Casual, I managed to get one transfer completed from Best Invest SIPP to TD Direct (took 6 months). Two more transfers are still ongoing having been initiated in November. | ![]() redstone64
01/5/2018 10:33 | As of today my TPL shares are still in limbo. Barclays don't yet know what they should do with them (they are in an ISA pension wrapper so certificating them would take them out). You guys are stuck with me a little longer ;) Anyone else also still in limbo? | ![]() casual47
01/5/2018 10:27 | TI, Yes it's a very poor show, Bill did however recognise and appreciate the frustration of the shareholders in all of this (doesn't help much granted) but hey what can we do apart from twiddle our thumbs and have a moan about how long this is all taking for Tethy's to achieve something/anything positive. | ![]() 1399peter

25/4/2018 18:37 | -------------------- From: Bill Wells Sent: 25 April 2018 16:06 To: JPodTrading Subject: RE: A Tethys Shareholder Jamie, Feel free to share on the chat page if you want. I didn’t say much. The bottom line is there is a lot that is being formulated and much that can’t be discussed until determined. We weren’t making the progress that we wanted and have changed the CEO. We are trying to do what we can in a difficult situation. Best, Bill -------------------- From: JPodTrading Sent: Friday, April 20, 2018 12:38 PM To: Bill Wells Subject: RE: A Tethys Shareholder Hi Bill, I very much appreciate your response. And hope that you can push for some sort of official update for us long suffering shareholders. Would you agree to me publishing our email dialog on the Tethys ADVFN forum? I’d like to reassure people on there that the company are still alive and kicking! Also I’m sure there are a number of questions fellow shareholders would like to ask. Of which I’d be willing to consolidate and send on to you to answer if you are able? I hope you have/are having a pleasant weekend... the first beer is always the nicest! Again, thank you for your reply, Jamie -------------------- From: Bill Wells Sent: 20 April 2018 18:12 To: JPodTrading Subject: RE: A Tethys Shareholder Jamie, I would likely feel the same way as you if sitting in your shoes. Nothing with Tethys is as simple and easy as it seems it should be. I agree we serve the shareholders and will push for what disclosures we can make. The continued issues were generally not of my making but inherited. There is a lot more that had to be addressed than you can appreciate. Best, Bill -------------------- From: JPodTrading Sent: Friday, April 20, 2018 11:55 AM To: Bill Wells Subject: A Tethys Shareholder Hi Bill, I'm a long standing investor in Tethys. After all that has happened to the company recently I find it quite disconcerting that you aren't keeping your shareholders informed about what's going on. In the past I accepted you may not be doing this for legal reasons, but now the bulk of that is out of the way. Why do you still not see fit to inform us of your activities? We are after all your employers. A little curtesy of a regular update would be hugely appreciated. It feels like you're announcing the bare minimum. And that is just not acceptable. Please have a thought for the people that pay your salaries. Thanks, Jamie -------------------- | ![]() jpodtrading

22/4/2018 20:04 | I hope we get the 2017 financial statements soon as the deadline of 31 March was extended due to events incl top Management changes. Anyway, an analysis of the outstanding short term loans as at end 2016 amounting to $33.249m reveals some interesting info as follows; $m Rig loans 3.7 I think the Rigs were sold to repay the loan Kazakh loan in KZT 2.8 reassigned by RBK to DSFK in Dec 2017 incl TAG pledge Kazakh loan in $ 1.0 Skripka arranged this as part of the promised $10m O/D which failed to materialise following Olisol's pull-out Corporate loans - US$6m Cayman 7.3 increase due to conversion - US$ 3.5m ALR/Pope 3.2 part converted in 2017 to shares when Kumars came in. - Convertible loans 9.3 AGR Energy. AGR helping MAX Petroleum rehab in KZ and Sam Barrows is Ex MAX, now Int: CEO Tethys. - Olisol loan 5.9 Working Capital lent by Olisol ( now in Limbo !.) I expect that new Tethys management are working on the above in order to resolve the O/S debts instead of waiting for events to occur !. The 2016 accounts noted " None of the loan agreements contains financial covenants" ?. | ![]() hguess16
