02/4/2018 01:12 | Seems to be working fine from here, as you say it's probably a problem with your provider | ![]() 1399peter
02/4/2018 01:04 | I just wanted to check in on the site, and cannot access it from my computer. Everything else works fine on my computer. It might just be a glitch, or they may be uploading new material or updating the site; I also did searches for Olisol, etc, and found nothing new. | benandemmiboo

30/3/2018 16:35 | Why stop at Mars. Having conquered Planet Olisol, nothing is impossible if we can find the right CEO and CFO !. | ![]() hguess16
30/3/2018 15:39 | hguess16, yes a great relief. Next stop Mars. | enamel3
30/3/2018 15:37 | The fall from a multi million pound company to it present state of poverty is a riches to rags story of ineptitude and mismanagement. I blame myself for being such a fool to think that TPL would learn from its mistakes and recover. Roll up....roll up cheap at the price better than BitCoin. | enamel3
30/3/2018 12:28 | One step forward - Supreme Court decision !. Two steps back - CEO and CFO depart !. A game of snakes and ladders for long suffering PI's But Bill Wells is still on board and hopefully that's a relief !. | ![]() hguess16
30/3/2018 11:57 | Appreciated TI, just getting a bit fed up with it all to be honest | ![]() 1399peter
30/3/2018 08:53 | 1399Peter, as per previous conversations on here it appears just a formality. If you google it there are many companies who have gone through this process. | ![]() temporarily insane
30/3/2018 08:12 | So is this just another formality in the life of Tethys. Jezzzzzzzz what are these guys trying to do to us, or have they just done it. Who Knows!! | ![]() 1399peter
29/3/2018 22:47 | Sedar News on Tethys dated 29 March. Briefly: Tethys announces Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) against the CEO and CFO until such time as the Annual Filings have been made. The MCTO will not affect the ability of shareholders who are not insiders of the company to trade their shares. The Company is not currently subject to any insolvency proceeding. | ![]() hguess16
29/3/2018 18:13 | Yeah, came in reading all the positive news during the law case being settled with oilsol.... I think I may have screwed up here, bought roughly 300,000 at $0.025CAD lol | armaanb
29/3/2018 17:29 | Armaan, even though you said you did your DD I don't think you knew what you were getting into or were aware of the intricacies of what has gone on before....I would sell if I was you. | ![]() casual47
29/3/2018 17:03 | I've read a lot about this stock and everyone's opinions and I am generally confused, should I sell or should I hold, what is happening lol!!! | armaanb
29/3/2018 15:50 | Casual47, thank you for your reply. Appreciated. I would be devastated if after all the time and money that the management put in to stop Olisol from stealing the assets, that they decided to hang up the towel now when the fun is just about to begin. I am hoping that Tethys at last can turn the corner and start to create shareholder value for everybody concerned who want the company to succeed Once again thank you for your posting. | ![]() temporarily insane
29/3/2018 15:40 | No. If a company fails to file its financial statements on time in Canada there are two options: 1. nobody can trade until resolved or 2. Only key personnel is prohibited from trading and ordinary shareholders can continue trading. They only give option 2 to companies that fit the profile I posted above. So, this is just a hiccup and the fact they are allowed to take option 2 is at least a good sign that they are not completely up the sh1tter. See below: ================= Until recently regulatory authorities in Canada would issue an “issuer” CTO (An issuer CTO prohibits trading in the securities of the company) against a reporting issuer (the company) that failed to file its financial statements on time. On April 17, 2001 the Ontario Securities Commission (the OSC) introduced the concept of management CTOs with its introduction of OSC Policy 57-603: “Defaults by Reporting Issuers in Complying with Financial Statement Filing Requirements”. OSC staff have encouraged qualified companies to follow the policy. As a result, a number of companies have been granted management CTOs. There are several benefits to investors associated with the OSC model. The Canadian Securities Administrators asked us to design and implement a similar system throughout Canada. This notice is our response to that request. | ![]() casual47
29/3/2018 15:20 | Casual47, could it be that the CEO and CFO were in the knowledge of future developments of the company when they left/forced to leave hence not being allowed to trade. Its not as if they had any company shares? | ![]() temporarily insane |
