24/3/2018 11:42 | Let's see what happens to trading TPL.H on Monday on NEX !. Did the Board see all this damage unfolding 16 months ago following Olisol's failure to cough up ?. Did the Board forsee the sudden departure of the CEO and CFO/Co Sec ?. Should the Board have been more proactive given the crises Tethys faced during the last 16 months?. In hindsight, perhaps, Yes. At present the major investors are PAM, Kumars and Olisol. My guess is that PAM has paid at least more than an average of $15 cents per share,Olisol has paid $10 cents per share, and the Kumars, who introduced AK as a customer paid $2 cents per share. Can Tethys survive with a new KZ based CEO and CFO ?. Will PAM, Kumars/AK and even Olisol decide to abandon Tethys which has valuable oil and gas assets in KZ ?. Is there a future for PI's ?. IMO, the Board of Tethys has a responsibility to ensure that Tethys continues to develop its oil and gas business and provide the long awaited returns to all its shareholders incl its long suffering PI's. | ![]() hguess16
24/3/2018 11:28 | Some of the UK shareholders are still having hassle trying to get their LSE share tradeable. When will this lot actually achieve anything that does anything? What are they getting paid for?????? | ![]() temporarily insane
24/3/2018 11:00 | Welcome to the new batch of PIs joining us in the In Limbo Club! Must be quite a few who can now no longer trade their shares electronically / will be forced into paper certificates. | ![]() casual47
24/3/2018 10:48 | When this whole saga is over perhaps some may reflect on the behaviour of Bill Wells and possibly conclude that he has had undue influence on this company and on the whole has been more bad than good for it? The fact the BOD was playing hardball with creditors like AGR and still haven't paid back their loan yet played softball with Pope/ALR by allowing Bill to change the conversion price of all the existing loans to just above a cent when they were originally up to twenty cents (or so) and then that c0ck and bull story about the 'emergency share conversion' thing which handily gave him enough shares to comfortably push through the EGM resolutions to me just all points to that conclusion. Imo, dyor, etc | ![]() casual47

24/3/2018 10:18 | A positive for the Board would be that all of this demotion just adds more "blah" and stalls any shareholder positives until the end of 2018 which I assume is the managements goal as they get world prices. Hopefully the Canadian courts will gain compensation from Olisol to Tethys for the years of trying to drag the company down ! So many questions and the Board are as quiet as a mouse. | ![]() temporarily insane
24/3/2018 10:13 | But in a positive, they are still trading. There must be something good about the company otherwise why did Olisol try and steal it using every conceivable crooked method??? At last a positive, no doubt the Board will want to hush up!...PMSL | ![]() temporarily insane
24/3/2018 08:25 | Official news below. Thanks to Tethys for not informing their shareholders - if you needed another proof that the BOD just don't give a sh1t about us. Now that we're on NEX (CA) I suppose they are no longer forced to pretend they care about us. I wonder why they didn't qualify for TSX-V - I suppose we won't find out. TETHYS PETROLEUM LIMITED. 23/3/2018 14:57 | Pretty bad IR from Tethys once again. We all knew the importance of today's date as per their delisting update RNS, yet they are once again choosing to leave it past the last minute.
