Should we assume the Canadian court case decision will have consequences or does it have no teeth at all? There was a default judgement so in theory TPL got everything they asked for.

It's interesting that neither party has made any noises since the February update.

As I have mentioned before it might purely be down to keeping the share volume alive if they intend to stay or be considered for continued listing or move to TSXV, see below conditions of continued listing on TSX

TSX will normally consider the delisting of securities of a listed issuer if, in the opinion of TSX, it appears that the public distribution, price, or trading activity of the securities has been so reduced as to make further dealings in the securities on TSX unwarranted.

Well every time it jumps to 0.025CAD they bring it back down to 0.02 so they're are obviously keeping it down

I dont know, but why do they sell in 20 CAD amounts continually unless they are dragging out buying back a short.

Which is platform to do real time trading. Looks like daily trend and can try to recover cost by buying in 0.2 and sell in 0.25

CIBC STILL MANIPULATING THE MARKET........... 1000 trades ONLY by them......to themselves.

I wonder if they are slowly buying back a huge short that was used to keep the share price low....

ArmaanB there is only HOPE rest all is without a deadline.

Recently bought a couple hundred thousand shares. Company seems to be shaping up getting back to biz. Anyones opinions on the stock, forecasts, timing etc would be greatly appreciated!

Could I ask please which online brokers people are using to trade these? Finally got around to transferring my paper shares to DRS, but still having trouble finding a broker who will hold them.

Well said !. I concur.
Perhaps it is time to call a halt to further dilution now that Olisol has been put to bed and diluted to prevent
them wielding any firm of influence over Tethys.
I hope Tethys Mgt look to more innovative ways to raise cash incl asset based finance using its proven
reserves now that Olisol has no claim on any Tethys assets.

The export of Tethys output could be handled via a local intermediary who already has an export licence until Tethys increases its output to qualify for its licence.
Tethys needs cash to pay off its short term debt of over $30m and drill more gas and oil wells.
It can do this using a more innovative financing strategy to generate cash now.
The proven assets are there below ground and the Tethys " turtle eggs" need to be safely hatched and the rewards could be given to the legitimate shareholders finally.
