Just had an email from hargreavws landsdown advising of delisting of shares from 23rd Feb. States they are looking at moving across to tsx venture or NEX but that if it is NEX then this would mean shares are no longer ISA eligible which will cause further hassle!

Thanks.
Looks like the Supreme Court ruling on 14 Feb will finally bring an end to this dispute.
Hope that by end Feb, Tethys can start a new chapter and focus on production and improved pricing in order to bring the long awaited returns to its long suffering legitimate shareholders.
