19/1/2018 22:14 | ^^^^^ And still no positive share price movement despite 156:1 buy to sell ratio! | temporarily insane
19/1/2018 22:12 | News out soon......?????? Trades over on TSX had a sudden oomph! Leaked news??? | temporarily insane
19/1/2018 14:26 | TI, IMO, Very unlikely ! | hguess16
19/1/2018 14:03 | Would Tethys management allow Olisol to get more shares????? | temporarily insane
18/1/2018 16:43 | Casual, Olisol played hardball because they felt that the EGG deal was exclusive and unquestionable. With the KZ Supreme Court Suspension, the deal is not that watertight. My view is that if Olisol resolves its oil supply issue with Tethys, they will not be expecting to come in for more shares in addition to their 63m. I cannot see any more dilution on Olisol resolving its dispute with Tethys as they have already forfeited their rights by failing to honour the IA. Olisol would be satisfied to cut anot oil supply deal as it would ensure a viable business including the AOT and their distribution networks. Olisol should settle now or the Supreme Court could impose an agreement on them. Purely my own view. | hguess16
18/1/2018 16:06 | I can't see how Olisol can be come to an agreement with without giving them the same terms as Pope and Kumars gave themselves (loads of shares at 1p something and loads of warrants at 3p. I forget what Pope/AGR's loan conversion rate was, but well below Olisol's 4p). The reason, imo, why TPL did this in the first place was to make sure Olisol would never be able to try to sabotage them through share holding. So, imo, agreement with Olisol = huge dilution = bad for us PIs as the multibag will be in the bin I think if all currents warrants etc were executed then the shares in issue would be close to 1 billion shares, so nearly twice as many as today. If Olisol gets to have its snout in the trough too then who knows where that will end up. Especially as Olisol injected about 15 times the funds that Kumars did..... | casual47

18/1/2018 14:51 | well guess Dorset, holding from while, so last hope to see some sunshine. Hope Olisol plays its card and can get out of here. | sgodha
18/1/2018 14:33 | Indeed sgodha, I see you've been holding since at least September 2016. guess, I also believe that things are starting to turn our way BUT Olisol will have to play ball at some point and to some degree, if everything is to be worked out for the better. | dorset64
18/1/2018 10:46 | Thanks TI for posting my profile. Taking it as positive welcome. I have holding in HL and found this forum where some discussion taking place. So joined yesterday only. Spending more time in crypto these days hence don't get more time towards fiat world. | sgodha
17/1/2018 16:49 | Hope to see happy days on TPL chart. Holding from long and good to get money recovered. Any indications kindly share the charts. | sgodha
17/1/2018 16:29 | The KZ Supreme Court will ultimately decide on the validity of the "exclusive contract" between EGG and TAG based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Justice. The fact that the EGG claims have been suspended prior to the decision can only read as a positive for TAG. The fact that Tethys new customer has agreed to pay an increase of 90% is also a plus. | hguess16
17/1/2018 13:35 | Agreed. It's still in my bottom drawer but I think there is an increasing chance I can get some of my money back. | casual47
17/1/2018 13:14 | It certainly is a better situation than it was a month ago. | temporarily insane
17/1/2018 11:46 | Good summary of upside potential but deceiving by being silent on all the skeletons in the closet which ultimately make this share one to avoid, for the time being anyway. | casual47
17/1/2018 11:44 | Great summary...... | temporarily insane
16/1/2018 21:14 | Yes it made me laugh, very subtle TI. We have all been sitting here for two years or more wondering WTF is going to happen and finally I am feeling a little more confident that things are moving in the right direction. I think Dorset's post summed it up well Dorset6416 Jan '18 - 11:09 - 16510 of 16522 I still don't see Olisol ever being 'sensible'. The BoD's have, in my view, played this the best they can to date and are still keeping oxisol at arms length imo. | 1399peter
16/1/2018 20:40 | Good luck to us all indeed. 1399Peter I hope you noticed that the space shuttle wasnt rocketing but just preparing for lift off. As I hope Tethys is. ;-) | temporarily insane
16/1/2018 19:36 | Yeah nice Rocket TI, LOL, you're such a cu#t. I'm a big fan of the space shuttle by the way. It's a shame I never got to see it launch. Anyway have they been pumping already over on the other boards, jezzzz. I mean what deranged fool would do that TI ;-) As your other paste from stockhouse said. The trading volume is interesting and could indicate a little more than just the good news from the gas wells. We will see. Good luck to us all, | 1399peter
