Thanks.
Looks like the Supreme Court ruling on 14 Feb will finally bring an end to this dispute.
Hope that by end Feb, Tethys can start a new chapter and focus on production and improved pricing in order to bring the long awaited returns to its long suffering legitimate shareholders.

Thanks TI,
I understand your frustration as PI's like us are in a similar position.
Somehow I feel that Wells and May have got " the bit between their teeth " and are determined to resolve this mess once and for all of us despite the challenges that lie ahead.
I personally see signs of recovery starting to show and hope that the fruits of hard work and ingenuity by them will result in the long awaited returns for us.
The shenanigans in the current market are just a temporary distraction.

The frustrations are that 2 years have passed by achieving nothing (based upon the share price) wasting time and spending money achieving rns after rns creating nothing.

Sadly its been the one sell of 1000 that wipes out the multiple 20000 buys which winds me up. Its as if we have somebody controlling the market.


Many of us have been trapped for nearly a year with their investment shafted to a pittance in comparison to what it was worth.


Frustrated at how long this has taken to achieve nothing.......but still waiting keeping the faith as the NEW board seem to be a force to be reckoned with.

Calm down !.
Its just a few puny nervous sellers with no significant buyers.
Wait for the 4th Qtr results which should be out soon.
I wonder if the delay is caused by impending news of the KZ Supreme Court ruling ?.

Neily, I'm looking into it as from now, just sorting my paper shares now should be another week or so. Don't know which UK broker I'm going to ho with yet.
