Peter,
Kumar backed Tethys when the others ran away in fright.
I bet Kumar had a hand in bringing AK to support Tethys as the new and only customer plus other support behind the scenes.
Kumar added value when the chips were down !.

Great result, I still think TPL will be 'hibernating' for a few weeks/month yet as they will now need to sort out Olisols shareholding once & for all, either they now play ball and be good boys, which I cant see happening, or they either sell up & move on or the BoD find a way to depose of them and their shares.

Great news but still a few surprises to come yet I feel.

Taj is out, but Tethys is still involved in Georgia but needs cash to continue.
Hopefully now that Olisol has been " found out ", the Tethys team can focus on production and pricing in KZ and get some cash to move ahead.

I've still got a share certificate of these from years ago, but basically gave up and stopped following them. I'm trying to work out what the latest situation is.according to the website they're still involved in Tajikistan, but I thought they had to give this up as they couldn't make the payments.Also are we still involved in Georgia or is it mainly the Kazachstan assets?

Its good news for all TPL sharholders,

TI maybe you could now cool it on the posts as i posted a couple of months ago your scaring every one off , or maybe a new thread so people can seewhat TPL have to offer.

It will be interesting to see what Oilsol will release next, will TPL take the share off Oilsol i would as it would then make Oilsol come to Canadian courts.

TI,
The other members of the board incl Medgat Kumar, who acquired Tethys shares when Capital and JPMORGAN
abandoned Tethys together with other invedtors.
So now it is up to the pessimistic PI's and the likes of JP and Capital to return to the fold.

Tethys Petroleum is being managed for the future in a way that a public listed company should be.





Now its time for the other members of the Board to put their hands in their pocket, back up their confidence for the future and purchase some shares.

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands--(Newsfile Corp. - February 19, 2018) - Tethys Petroleum Limited (TSX: TPL) ("Tethys" or the "Company") today announces that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has extended the period the Company can remain listed on the TSX until March 23, 2018 whilst the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") continues to consider the Company's application to transfer its listing from the TSX to the TSXV. If the Company's application to transfer its listing to the TSXV is not successful the Company plans to transfer its listing to NEX, a subsidiary exchange of the TSXV.

It was last Wednesday.
The written ruling is expected to be announced on Tues this week.

But it would be nice if they could let their shareholders know as winning the case hopefully would boost this company and get the positivity back.

Are we definitely sure that the court case was last week??
