I emailed the company on the address:

The email was concerning the fact that I have not been able to transfer my shares (currently sitting in my Halifax account) to a broker who can hold them and for me to be able to buy/sell on the TSX market.

The company have not responded to my email asking for help in this matter.

Devonlad,
I agree.
Now that Olisol has to comply with
the Supreme Court ruling, they are
restrained from their disruptive
tactics which seriously affected the
Tethys ops in KZ.
I am hoping that this dispute will be
resolved in the near future so that
Ken May can focus on increased production and better pricing with the
possibility of export with increased
output.

hguess, I think that there could be plenty of good news on the horizon but until the Olisol debacle is concluded, I doubt that we will see it. Hopefully, e will see a conclusion, the contract ends this year and then Olisol have nothing apart from their shares in TPL so slowly but surely,. the pressure is more on them to find a resolution, not that TPL will trust them again I suspect. The oil and gas is still there, it hasn't moved in the last three years and TPL have assets that several have strived and failed to take from them. Their efforts have been significant because the assets are very valuable, time will tell.

It looks like the shorts are not that active now compared to last year.
Short sellers should be on their guard
if good news starts to flow.
Tethys needs the building of confidence after all the doom and gloom during 2017.
I hope the suspension of EGG claims is the stsrt.

Until Olisol concedes voluntarily or is
forced to concede by the Supreme Court,
short sellers of TPL will rule the market.
I hope the tide turns soon and long awaited confidence in TPL returns.

From the quote page on Stockhouse.comThe Ask Size is showing as 5mil @0.02 which I understand is 5mil+ of sell orders waiting.There are also 1mil buy ask waiting at 0.015 in case the price drops. I've seen the MM drop the price to trigger these over the past few months.It is a bit like limit orders in the UK and fully visible to the market.

What it needs is an update of the drilling progress and recognition by Olisol that it is time to retire from the ring before the final blow is struck by the KZ Supreme Court.

590K of trades yesterday on TSX @0.02 and no sells at the offer 0.015. So while no change in the bid-offer 0.02-0.015 at least a bit of interest. Still over 5mil of sell orders waiting at 0.02 so it looks like it will take more of the same for a few weeks to tick up. Let's hope for more clarity in the next Q4 update in a few weeks.

Well spotted.
I wonder if Olisol responds with its own press release on the suspension of EGG claims by the KZ Supreme Court and, what it intends to do to resolve this dispute.
With 63m TPL shares and $5.8m w/c lent to Tethys, it would be sensible to end this phony war.
