02/2/2021 23:26 | It's good that the Tesco worker pension fund deficit is being made good. The large investors must be desperate for the £5 Billion cash Shame the company will be left with the same level of debt. | muffinhead
02/2/2021 21:53 | Hi,Just want to see if anyone can help me understand the divi consolidation. I have 2384 saye shares which I will buy to keep tomorrow. So I can either sell them before the 12th at whatever price or keep them to get the divi.If I wait for the divi do I have to wait till 26th when it is paid before I can sell them if I wish. What happens if I don't do anything with Saye till this is over.I have to July to decide. Also I have 32 ordinary and 1196 sip shares which I get shares with divi. If I don't sell them this year does the divi still count in this year's £2000.I think I willjust be over with all of them.I would only sell the saye shares this year or next if needed. Thanks for your help if this makes sense. | kiershay

02/2/2021 14:52 | I'm looking at it that you are receiving a 20% dividend bonus ,but you're shares will be reduced by 20% ! Is that it , i.e , no real change ? | stethiem

02/2/2021 12:00 | Share capital reducing 15:19, should in theory result in forward dividends increasing 4:19 ...? EPS up 4:19, then DPS up 4:19 ..? and a stronger yielding share to hold onto.. With the DRIP / ADR I can see this getting strongly bought on 26th when the special clears accounts and all the funds start going back into the share could result in some strong gains..? | laurence llewelyn binliner
02/2/2021 11:58 | Many thanks for the replies to my question. | grantley
02/2/2021 11:33 | The price should stay relatively stable until Ex Div date Because of 15/19 dilution any drop below 2.42 will make the dividend more attractive, encouraging demand. Conversely people will not pay more for as it reduces percentage of dividend. Anybody's guess what happens after Feb 15th. coincidentally 50th anniversary of decimalisation. | dogface
