Having had ‘disruptive217; spelt out to him in Primary School terms, JonC is still asking what it is? The rest of the world knows and the buying patterns over recent days is living proof that they do when it comes to Tern.

For those who were musing over the new MM - BEGO. Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, based in Hamburg often involved with big clients who want to move big chunks of a given stock. They act either bid or sell side.

Has anyone viewed the DA Technical Insight Guide?

It makes really good reading and puts into perspective the scope of the DA product suite capability.

Few buy orders being filled on L3.

Attempting to limit order price. With mixed success.

Challenging to pick up anything over £8k

More musing.

Thinking outside the box ?

We have often wondered about the lack of news from Tern.
Could the silence be simply that AS has enough to do & the last thing he wants in life is another company attempting to buy Tern.

Keep it off the radar & hope the predators will go away, without having to rely on the friendly shareholders who know the true value.

Advertise the holdings too much & the sp, rise will lead to a rapid rise in trader holders who will take any profit.

However now he has maintained the holdings & grown the companies he can let the cat out of the bag with some degree of safety, we the long term holders are unlikely to be seduced by a cheap bid.

THE CURRENT NAV IS 6.9P AS STATED IN THE SEPT RNS.

HIS JOB IS TO INCREASE NAV BY BUILDING THE BUSINESSES, GETTING CONTRACTS AND HIGHER VALUATIONS.

HE HAS SAID SO HIMSELF SO ALL THE ABOVE YOU SAY YOU THINK HE MIGHT BE DOING IS JUST SPECULATION ON YOUR PART.

onesideman, Clearly talking from experience there, is it yourself or a family member?

You dont have to say, personally I couldnt care less.

Only interested in the FACTS.....

1. STILL NO FUNDING FOR DEVICE AUTHORITY

2. DEVICE AUTHORITY HAS NOT MADE MONTH QUARTER ON QUARTER AND HAS HAD TO BE BAILED OUT BY LOANS FROM TERN PLC.

3. NO ONE NEEDS DA'S PRODUCT. IT IS AN OPTION. THERE ARE COUNTLESS OPTIONS OUT THERE. MANY PROVIDED BY THE BEST IN THE FIELD.

4. TRUSTRONIC IS DOING AMAZING WELL GETTING THE CONTRACTS, HOWEVER, EVEN WITH THIS SUCCESS, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PULL A PROFIT. DA ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REPLICATING THIS SORT OF SUCCESS.

5. MY MONEY IS ON AZURE IOT MAKING FLEET MANAGEMENT TO COMPETE WITH AWS. WHEN THEY ANNOUNCE THIS, WHERE DOES IT LEAVE DA #DEAD_IN_THE_WATER

JonC and Duxy are safely here where we can see them but has anyone seen monte1?

I'm a bit worried about him

These people with narcissistic personality disorders are prone to outbursts of anger or silence - each of which can be as dangerous as the other

Speculation:

What % of the mkt do DA have at the moment ?
1% or 10% +

We cannot tell, but we have superb research capability here.

Lets tackle the problem from the other side this weekend, or we will have the usual aimless rubbish to read.

We have found the fantastic webiners for DA, but are we deluding ourselves.
Do these events exist for other companies that are in the security fields ?

Are we missing the complete picture in our enthusiasm ?

DEVICE AUTHORITY - MARKET DOMINATION

It is always good to be able to reference JUST PART of the market domination of DA's Keyscaler.

57% OWNED BY TERN PLC

Never mind the other three world class disruptive investments of TERN plc.

DA's third most recent partnership "IdenTrust is used by 33.9% of all the websites, that is a SSL certificate authority market share of 49.7%".

DA support the top 3 certificate authorities with a 88.4% market share. WOW!

Worth reflecting on where the other DA revenues are currently coming from and I expect to continue to increase substantially to NET CASHFLOW POSITIVE AT END OF 2019.

Note DA current confirmed Direct Customers over and above contracted partnerships for the last 30 months include:-

Atos
Deloitte
JLT
GlaxoSmithKline
Avis Budget Group
CDS - HP Company
LeasePlan
LoanScience
Societe Generale
BT

Worth reflecting on ONLY the confirmed prestigious world class partners of Device Authority (57% owned by TERN plc)

Amazon
AMD
AT&T
Axis Communications
Cognizant
Comodo (now Sectigo)
Cumulocity
Dell
Device Pilot
Digicert
EonTi
GE
Gemalto (SafeNet Inc)
Greenflow
IdenTrust (part of HID Global)
Infosys
Intel
InVMA
ITOS
JNR Management
Kalypso
Kepware
Lite Distribution
LTI
Machine Shop
MICROSOFT
Milestone
Multitech
Multos
Ncipher
NextgenID
PTC
redGear
Rovisys
Stratus
Supermicro
Symantec
SyroCon Consulting
Tech Mahindra
Teamviewer
Terra Solutions
Thales
Wipro
Wireless Logic

All this plus the three other disruptive investments and TERN plc has a current market valuation of less than £25 million (mid price) with over £1 million of cash in bank.

It appears a number of these disruptive investments are currently valued for FREE.

IMHO I believe we are on the "cusp" of a major breakout

Cheap as chips and provides an excellent top-up and/or entry point in anticipation of the expected rerate

"the only 2 non holders here make up nearly 50% of posts. Why?"

====================

Lets look at the facts in your LUDICROUS Statement

1. You have no idea if JonC holds any stock

2. You have no idea if duxy786 holds any stock

3. Is a one liner considered a post, if not, then how do you calculate your 50%

You ask questions, yet you havent got the basics facts correct. You do make a good TERN holder.

https://www.screencast.com/t/iUgI4XLewThis remains one of my favourite snippets of research posted by mrbeavers in June 2018 - that time when 50p plus was briefly breached. It really seems that it was true at the time but it has taken 18 months for the industry to realise this and buy in. If only we could find out how DA charges for KaaS.Not ramping, just positive dot joining.
