24/1/2020 13:40 | Focus, dear trolls, on this sentence, in a pdf from Thales (Nov '19): Device Authority and Thales have integrated KeyScaler’s automated PKI for IoT technology with Thales' cloud-based or on-premise hardware security module (HSM) key protection technology. My take: KS looks very integral to Gemalto's Safenet and Thales' solutions... in full: To help manage the security and complexity of the device identity, data security and compliance requirements, Device Authority and Thales have integrated KeyScaler’s automated PKI for IoT technology with Thales' cloud-based or on-premise hardware security module (HSM) key protection technology. This integration allows Enterprises who have an existing investment in HSMs and Data Security Platforms to leverage them for automated PKI certificate provisioning, high-assurance device authentication and managed end-to-end encryption at IoT scale. IoT Security with automated PKI Device Authority and Thales deliver a seamless integration that expands an organization’s ability to secure PKI keys with the power of SafeNet HSMs to perform cryptographic operations in the most secure environment, no matter where they are deployed or used. Now your organization can automate the full key and certificate lifecycles with SafeNet Luna HSMs; from key generation to certificate provisioning and policy-based lifecycle management. KeyScaler interfaces to Thales’ HSMs for all its key protection needs. All operations are performed according to the centralized policy for key and certificate generation, use and renewal. SafeNet HSM also helps to protect KeyScaler platform keys and data. | ![]() andrbea
24/1/2020 13:39 | Margin Call Telephone Conversation MM to Fuxy - Hi its Tom from IG. Just to remind you your margin call is due on Friday 31 Jan 2020. Note from our records sub 5 pence is a target price for you to just breakeven. Fuxy to MM - I recognise I called it wrong some months ago however don't have the funds to close the position right now. MM to Fuxy - Our limited research indicates TERN plc is a great prospect with a world class portfolio of disruptive investments. It appears from recent newsflow from all the portfolio companies revenue generation is about to grow exponentially. We are very concerned you will be unable to close out as the TERN plc share price climbs. However, you have been a good and loyal customer with payment of interest and margin calls over the months and we are open to your high risk trading position to be left open for just one more month. Fuxy to MM - Thank you for your understanding. I recognise the vulnerability of my trading position compounded by my trolling directly and through multiple aliases is having no impact. Be assured I will have funds shortly from another tax fraud. I'm planning to pay all that is owed with these funds. MM to Fuxy - We note you have another large losing position in AMC. How do you intend to recover the current 85% loss showing on your account? We recommend you sell and take the substantial loss before the next imminent placing scheduled this month that will further compound your losses. Fuxy to MM - I know my assessment of a company's potential is very poor demonstrated in the losses being carried. One day I'm sure I will "guess" right. In the meantime life is tough with the financial burden of periodic margin and interest calls. I worry at times about my mental wellbeing. MM to Fuxy - I recommend you seek professional help. Nothing to be embarrassed about. CALL ENDED | ![]() ebomber

24/1/2020 13:32 | Jon C Is running around like a headless chicken gesticulating that everything +ve being said and reported on here is ramping. Just think how stupid he is? Microsoft along with every other major IoT mover and shaker has adopted Keyscaler as their enterprise security solution. How can reporting that be a ramp? Conversely, mindless JonC makes unqualified statements like: - 2p next stop and expects the thinkers on this thread to understand the deep intellectual thought he is putting in to advising us. JonC, who is living out some kind of purgatory, forever condemned to write deeply, but completely facile negative thoughts about a company he holds no shares in! Imagine, the sole motivation in your life being to write intellectually void comments on a thread where no one believes you and increasingly, pardon the pun, ridicule’s you. Back in the real world, how nice to see a blue Friday. | ![]() ridicule
24/1/2020 13:24 | As a Top 30 TERN plc long term holder I am pleased over the last 8 trading sessions (5 up, 2 neutral, 2 down) the 13.6% gains have been modest but sustained daily. The 200 day MA moved positive 4 trading sessions ago, the 50 day MA over the next couple of sessions. The avalanche of known knowns at sub 10 pence makes TERN plc cheap as chips. End of first week in Feb 2020 another modest top up to fill ALL 2020/21 tax envelopes, in advance of new tax year 2020/21. 2020 will be the YEAR OF THE TERN! | ![]() ebomber
24/1/2020 13:23 | Thank you, Johnma. I entirely agree with you that this is an exceptional investment opportunity. It is pleasing, but not surprising, that we are now seeing an increasing number of large buys coming in. I think that this will continue and grow in the near future. The globals are now going very public about their use and need for Device Authority's KeyScaler. Microsoft began this publicity back in October, but now it is quite clear that other globals are also pleased to go public about their need for DA's unique, patented, security solution. That 20bn IoT devices conservative estimate by the end of this year is a massive number, but just a start. These will all need to be secured. The paradigm shift in scalable use is now occurring at breakneck speed, not least to maintain/increase market position and to comply with a new IoT regulatory framework. I too think that DA"s proposed 1% market penetration is very conservative. Actually I think that 10% is too low. It looks increasingly like a market domination situation, judging by the type, size and quality of our global partners and Tyrano's great work on the sheer number of massive companies who are attending our webinars. We seem to have become an essential part of a global ecosystem. Many thanks for the quality of research which is posted on this board. What we are seeing is the predicted but pleasing hyper-growth where DA has become centre stage. We see similar for FVR and, increasingly, Wyld. Well done to all fellow investors. | ![]() rhwillcoll
24/1/2020 13:13 | Haydock, an excellent post. Yes, Amazon, ploughing all their income into expansion and not paying out dividends. What were they thinking? I mean look at them now :). When you have something new and powerful and needed and wanted you just hammer the expansion plans at the expense of eveything else. This very much appears to be what DA have done. Looks at the blue chips that now need it. Look at the reach. Look at the fact that it is becoming somewhat obvious that there appears to be nothing else on the market that does what KeyScaler does. It is new, powerful, needed and wanted and some nosebleed takeout sum would only be following the standard 'fate' of other disruptive technologies which spread their reach at breakneck speed. And the thing is, with all of the partner news dug up by researchers for this board this week, it appears at least a trickle of new investors have noticed. Tick, tock. | ![]() mike routhorn

24/1/2020 13:08 | DA does seem very adept at getting the job done, behind the scenes (like anorak nerds ..). But patented and very thorough in their solutions. Agnostic-this, agnostic-that. Tern stays quiet and just wants a big figure exit. That is a good game plan. Fair-dos. Of course, for tern shareholders, it's infuriating A normal business (with this many IDENTIFIED opportunities with some industry big-names) would/should enjoy a fast-moving upward share price based on a CEO with a gift of the gab and good communications eg (today, cwr): No worries, we'll plough on with the BIG EXIT model. :-) | ![]() andrbea

24/1/2020 13:00 | DA is the sort of business that, despite never making a trading surplus, has a unique IP that BIG TECH will NEED, at almost any price. It's entirely possible we will never see a massive contract, with anyone; just a huge knockout BID - £1BN; £2BN; £5BN ??? | ![]() philjeans
