AS can not resist a placing, loves them! Sweepie I think when they pay the other £500k for inVMA end of July I think they will needs funds within the next 6 months after that if DA not sold but who knows! AGM in a few weeks should be fun as well! So all good here for April 18 which should see share price consolidate in 20s hopefully.

In 87664 I mentioned NetApp:

April 4

Digital security company Gemalto has partnered with data management provider NetApp to develop SafeNet KeySecure, a centralised data security solution deployed in physical, virtualised infrastructure, and public cloud environments.

According to Gemalto, SafeNet KeySecure integrates the NetApp Volume Encryption data management solution (which simplifies an organisation's data management applications), with Gemalto's SafeNet Hardware Security Modules. The solution is aimed at encrypting high-volume data by managing the encryption keys and ensuring data security, while enabling compliance.

///

We also know, from DA:

Device Authority’s KeyScaler integrates with Gemalto’s Safenet Luna Hardware Security Module (HSM) and SafeNet KeySecure for automated PKI certificate provisioning, high-assurance device authentication and managed end-to-end encryption at IoT scale.

Device Authority’s integration with Gemalto’s SafeNet Data Protection On Demand solution will give customers options when migrating operations to the cloud and/or through a managed services model.

//
So join the dots: IF Keyscaler integrates with Safenet Keysecure and NetApps's data management solution integrates with Safenet, then (in my view) DA integrates with that solution too. So all that solution's clients could be relying (soon) on Keyscaler?

About NetApp
NetApp (NTAP) has gained momentum in the HCI (hyper-converged infrastructure) space and is looking to gain traction with existing customers by addressing new workloads. NetApp won a seven-figure HCI deal with a global automotive company in fiscal 3Q18, driven by the strength of its solutions and Data Fabric integration.

NetApp’s CEO, George Kurian, stated, “We continue to see strong demand for this offering, driven by customer excitement for our enterprise-grade approach, with the ability to flex, storage, and compute separately and to support mixed workloads confidently.”

///
NetApp (NTAP) expects revenues of ~$1.5 billion–$1.7 billion in fiscal 4Q18, indicating a rise of 8.0% YoY at the midpoint range. Its gross margins are estimated to be 61.5%–62.5%, driven by a higher mix of product revenues. The company’s operating margin is expected to be 20.0%–21.0%, with EPS (earnings per share) of $0.95–$1.03.

NetApp’s CFO, Ronald Pasek, stated, “Based on our Q3 year-to-date results and the midpoint of our Q4 guidance range, you can see tremendous leverage in our business model.” He added, “We are well positioned to deliver on our commitments, and expect continued progress in Q4.”

Unless there is another investment they want to fund urgently they don't need the money, I am just speculating but its possible that DA are now self funding as the funding link has disappeared from DA releases
By the way I don't want to see another investment just concentrate on what they have and move one to an amazing exit

Morning all, looking good at last, sentiment and momentum key to AIM stocks and we have them both at the moment! Webinars should keep this going and it will be no surprise if we get to 20p this week but wonder if board tempted to do a cheeky placing at 10p for say 10million shares to raise a million quid, would be ok with that because it tides us over next 12 months.
