Nok Nok we’re one of the Fido pioneers back in 2013. One A Sisto is on their Advisory Panel and is described as a Nauta Venture Partner. He does not appear on the Nauta website, but Nauta could be why the multiple bucket shop Tern placings and why Sisto does not appear to care about the Tern share price

I e-mailed someone at TERN who usually replies recently about FIDO, asked a few questions , nothing back which tells me they are not answering any questions regarding it , all hush hush , gets me thinking mmmmm.

Fest it’s not about purchasing shares, it’s about the announcement of corporate action. If a US company is the driver behind such action, it will be announced in line with the US market opening.
