New to this but bought into TERN today for the first time after being made aware of Device Authority being majority owned by TERN and the need for Keyscaler in IOT's.
Is there a FIDO meeting tomorrow?

It is much more than an extra 1% of DA!Currently with 'A' shares we have 56.8%.With loan and interest conversion I calculate that would increase to circa 67%!That bets 50% (75%) plus add on 3.5% from 'B' shares (16%*25%) and Total NET return to TERN is 53.5%!Clearly to be adjusted for third party buy in stake

They need to make it clear that getting more shares is the aim despite DA being able to pay back the loans so a small loan repayment would imo be the preferred option.
