I am afraid you and LBO have misrepresented me. I have stated that the accounts of WTV's subsidiaries are confusing and do not appear to be particularly accessible to shareholders. Fact.

As ct has noted, both the company and their auditors refuse to answer any questions about the accounts.Fact.

ct, as you know, is a company Director. He has scrutinised the accounts and a number of questions occur to him.Even he is confused by the accounts. He has stood up at the AGM and asked questions, but the Directors have point blank refused to answer. If there is nothing to hide, why don't they answer these questions?

There are suspicious aspects of the Kamera disposal. Fact. As you are aware. Why do the company refuse to supply the names of the "high profile investors"?

Mike Neville's record as a company Director is very poor. Most of the companies he has worked for have either been dissolved, suspended or delisted. Fact.

Evelyn Kimber's record as a company Director/ company secretary is also poor. Most of the companies which she has worked for have either been dissolved or delisted. Fact.

That is at least five facts. I can provide more, if you wish.

Lol! I notice on looking through the company's history that there was a Swedish disposal in 2007. Uncannily similar to WTV. If you want some fun, try telling a poster called LBO about Mike Neville on the TPH thread - Telephonetics. Mike Neville is a Director of the company, so it is on topic.

It seems like LBO is the only poster there most of the time. I wonder, could it be...?

rascal.. if I were you I would be very careful indeed about what you are insinuating and where you are doing it.

Nobody shares your concerns more than I and the other independent shareholders of WTV - but it helps nobody to distribute veiled innuendo without clear information to back it up. Much of what you have been posting over at WTV (I refer to your own interpretation of the various subsidiary accounts) betrays confusion over the nature of consolidation and basic Group accounting. You have alleged repeatedly, at WTV and on other threads, that the information disclosed in those accounts supports allegations of improper behaviour by Mike Neville. I have not yet seen a shred of evidence in those accounts which suggests that to be the case.

Please note that I am not defending the director(s) in question in any sense at all; I am pointing out that the items you cite as evidence are, to my eye, no such thing.

You can post all you want on here but I am just wondering why you would waste your time and what you hope to achieve on here when there are better and more productive ways to proceed if you have a real case. You insinuate one thing and then you say "You do not need to know such things" so then why are you here? You have given no facts at all yet again and I would welcome all "facts". Why can't you say who if anyone in authority you have contacted and if anyone is taking you seriously? The more you post the less actual "facts" you give. "A number of contacts"????? Please tell us who? Why can't you tell us if you have or have not contacted any of the authorties I have given above? You say you are here to inform yet you given no real information.

I personally don't think what you are saying is a "lol" matter anymore and I hope you can substaniate your claims as they seem very serious. Can I ask why you are "watching and waiting" if you have "facts" and evidence? Have you contacted the FSA?

The facts are as stated previously on this thread. Thanks for the advice, but we will decide when and where to present the additional information which we have obtained as a result of extensive research.

This thread seems like a good place to present an alternative point of view. So, if it is ok with you, we will post here for a while. Should not be that long, as events elsewhere are starting to move.

Again if you are serious and have "facts" then why don't you put your accusations in writing to McKay, Burgar and Brooks and see how they respond? This is the Telephonetcis thread and I can't understand why if you have a problem with them also why don't you make grievances formal to them?

Whatever. Facts are facts, not accusations. Mike Neville's record is a fact. Brewin Dolphin's record is a fact. It is a fact that Mike Neville does not have that many shares in Telephonetics.

We are simply presenting potential investors with a different point of view, backed by facts.

Well again I wish you well on your "action" but I have seen very little "facts" and all I have seen is vauge accusations against Neville, Brewin Dolphin, Telephonetics and now even me! LOL

To me your behaviour at the moment is akin to trying to blow up a pub just cos this fella Neville is in it! Why not go directly to the owners of the pub or the guys he is drinking with and make your case to them or as would be normal report it to the appropiate authorities and let them deal with it? To me that is the rational approach instead of trying to cause as much collateral damage as you think is possible! If anything it only makes you look like fanatics who have no legitimate case and thus have had to resort to terror tactics IMHO.

And it seems you guys are not willing to make your accusations formal. Why is that? I don't care what you say about Neville, Telephonetics or Brewin Dolphin but it seems strange that you are continually ranting on here and achieving nothing instead of making your accusations directly to those you accuse of wrong doing. Brewin Dolphin is regulated by the FSA so if there is any truth to the accusations then why would you not want to make them formal to those involved? Why not present them with the so called "facts"?

By forwarding your comments about Brewin directly to Brewin I would say I have set some wheels in motion. Yet I am the one now being attacked! Why don't you guys follow up and email them aswell? What have you to loose? Why don't you even all get together and get a solictor and seek legal advice? Surely if you have any "facts" and any case against Neville or Brewin Dolphin then all this wasting time on here ranting but doing nothing tangiable is futile!

Again as I said if you don't like some fella in a pub does not mean you blow up the whole pub unless of course you are some sort of extremist!

As far as I am aware Mike Neville is alive and can defend himself from the numerous posts I have spotted on various threads but other make threats has he taken any action?
