10/3/2022 15:47 | Looking well oversold now, particularly with the pipeline/order book.... | chrisdgb
09/3/2022 09:11 | Jam tomorrow?... | diku
07/3/2022 23:54 | I must admit I'm in two minds about this share. Like the space and the ambition but at the moment it's a loss making business with profits some way away. Not only do they need to attract more business but they need to do it at better margins. I'm not saying they won't but it's far from a gimme... | stemis
07/3/2022 23:10 | buywell has never thought that after looking at the profits made to date and the scale of the problems Bet those that took place in the cash raise at 45p as buywell predicted are now a bit miffed --- 40p would have still been a bit rich imo buywell3 - 04 May 2021 - 21:43:34 - 951 of 1399 ::: TEKMAR GROUP PLC ::: - TGP What has been proved thus far is that trying to protect sea floor cables around the coasts of Britain is a very difficult and complex process A process which has not yet been perfected But one which done properly so as to eliminate scour and the undersea rips that take place at certain depths and subsea geographical formations will be very much more expensive than has thus far been charged IMO Turnover going up at the expense of increased profits in any company is imo high risk and to be done only short term eg to put a competitor out of business buywell thinks prices for guaranteed engineered protection need to rise significantly or else major shareholders will start to get nervous imo dyor | buywell3
07/3/2022 22:40 | When you think this share cannot weaken any more,it does just that. | imperial3
07/3/2022 14:07 | With oil going up and other green shares doing well surprised this is not doing better or am I missing something? | charlie9038
03/3/2022 16:56 | Good that Schroders have bought a substantial number of shares, plus the directors. That means Singers can't just spray 'great opportunity' shares around their pi customers. | yump
03/3/2022 08:57 | Your right volume and liquidity very low | 1tommyt
28/2/2022 22:59 | Think as if you’re not a pi. As a pi you can take advantage. As a larger investor you’d ramp the price up to get the volume you want, so best to get stake via placing. Whether the price is a bargain or not does not depend on the first half or profits, it depends on a watershed being in view. If you look at shares like ITM, you can’t really show why they took off at the point they did. | yump
28/2/2022 22:40 | Yes, number of shares increased but company values the same so each share theoretically worth less. I still can't get my head round the placing. Why would existing holders subscribe for more shares when they could just buy more in the open market? Am I being a bit slow but I someone can help me out it would be appreciated! | pinemartin9
28/2/2022 19:50 | I might be wrong but they have around 52m shares and are placing around 9m so assume c17% dilution?? I think that's how it works? | 1tommyt
28/2/2022 19:46 | Avoid dilution post placing, right ? | 1tommyt
28/2/2022 19:34 | I don't think you are! It's the timing of it that has messed things up for them. Can't see why anyone would buy at 45p when they can but cheaper on the open market. | pinemartin9
28/2/2022 19:17 | So as a share holder I can buy at 45p and allowed 1 per 23 shares, or buy today at 41.5p? Am I missing something? | charlie9038
26/2/2022 15:28 | If that's the case, then if you fancy a punt take it at 30p on next update, simples... | currencytrader1
26/2/2022 12:24 | Based on the outlook statement it's hard to see anything other than a loss for H1 | stemis
26/2/2022 11:51 | Next financial update in 6 months time, no need to rush in here.. Next update should also indicate how wisely they are spending the 4 million. Did anyone notice the big blocks of sells Friday? | currencytrader1
26/2/2022 08:30 | Yes, I saw that and was wondering what the previous poster was on about! | pinemartin9
26/2/2022 07:33 | All the directors clubbed together and spent 95k! | currencytrader1
25/2/2022 21:59 | I notice insiders don't hold shares in huge quantity...look at CFO's tiny holdings...tight fisted or no confidence in business?... | diku
25/2/2022 20:19 | We won't know until the interims. See you in six months. | indiestu
25/2/2022 19:07 | I wonder how much it cost them to raise £4m | stemis
25/2/2022 18:37 | Hey, im not down on tekmar, just keen to get all the information. | currencytrader1
25/2/2022 17:44 | Schroders only took 4 mill shares. The Directors took what they could afford. The price was fair hence the remaining 5 mill got snapped up in hours. Sufficient cash was raised and PIs have the opportunity to show support for the company and share in future profits. A perfect example of how the market is supposed to work. | indiestu
25/2/2022 17:04 | You work for schroders then?? A deal was done somewhere... | currencytrader1 |
