This is absolutely fantastic don't know where to put my money first, IMHO any one with any spare cash should take advantage of this never to be repeated situation, Despite what the polls say, Unfortunately the uk won't be leaving the Eu next week, people always change there vote at the last minute, polls are a complete waste of time. I personally think we should leave the eu & that it should be disbanded all together but sadly the markets want otherwise.

baracuda2, the house balance , whatever that is shows a drop from 39% down to 19% instead of the predicted 35% .They are blaming brexit fears . T d waterhouse reports today. This has firmly closed the trading gap at 184.9 . gl

House price survey predicts a drop in house prices but this will be short lived, wondered what caused this rapid drop.

A quick look at today's performance, on the back of this weekends Brexit Poll results, confirms that TW along with other house builders will get a hammering when we leave the EU.

And imo that will be on top of the Hit that the whole market suffers !

A vote in or out will make NO difference. Getting the vote out of the way WILL make a difference.

A frequent error caused by the record date being the day after XD, but any shares sold today would be on a T2 so your name would still be on the register until after the record.

Baracuda it is normally holding at the start of the day rather than the end, so from 8.am they are xdivi and any brought today are already out of the picture.
