Santa doesn't stand a chance when it come to institutional greed, the Hedge Funds are selling the prices down because they can, they're only ones that make money on these sort of days and they don't give a toss about the average PI !!

One half decent day without *cukwit comments from the Bank of England re interest rates and this'll take off imo.

Can't help but wonder JUST how many relatives make money on short bets after comments made by those in power!!!

DT - I'm fully invested at the moment. If I had some spare cash it'd be buying INL as a priority - with other house-builders not too far behind. I think INL has furthest out of them all to rise potentially (IMHO)

Yes blue, INL is the best value in the whole sector.

WH Ireland target 80p and put sum of parts valuation in at over 100p.

And yet lol, it sits at 59p...nearly 100% UNDERVALUED.

CHEAP CHEAP!!

Only reason its so cheap is because its on AIM.

Hidden gem.

Confident in this sector and can't think of a better one to be in currently. The odd blip here and there is normal.Chilled out and looking forward to Santa Rally and nice Q1 for TW, BDEV, GFRD and INL (my major holdings).Good luck to all holders.(By the way, not everything is down in house-building sector today - Inland Homes is up a little at the moment and amazingly still under 60p. GFRD also doing it's best to stay in the green).

Building sector will continue rising... simply because there is a massive shortage of housing.... And thanks to us being in the EU this isn't going to go away anytime soon... no brainer...
