homeboy35, Yes I agree, not happy about election uncertainty before july divi though.Been here since 2009, I think the upside if only to broker recommendations is enough to keep me here. Redfern says we are in the early stages of the cycle so clearly some mileage yet fortunately we are in a predictable sector.atb

Unless I'm mistaken two large trades went in after hours. Could hopefully sustain the rise to 130p.

It's nice to see TW heading back to 130 again.I wonder how high it can go with the help of a Santa rally, let alone the traditional first quarter strong performance enjoyed by housebuilders.

It says profit margins are likely to rise to 20% for the next couple of years, and that TW is cheap for the sector, then concludes by saying it does not appear to have much upside.

I'm holding for the big divi anyway!

closed in 93 position yesterday for All-share stocks.... so a little bit of momentum and it will be 90 or above and in the FTSE 100 in the next review in December...

How much higher? this is one of the bigger TW spikes...I took some cash off the table this morning, touch under 124. Would go back in on a pull back...if we get one.

True but the companies that are traded by Hedge funds and their like are often traded by people that sit in front of computers watching charts for buy & sell points.

Some believe that this is the driving force behind the majority of share price movements, problem with that thought is when it's applied to small companies with little to no institutional following!

well, it's on a 6 month high.

I have never understood 'closing a gap'

Price determined by buying & selling, isn't it?

The institutions are sat on millions of cheap shares and until they can get some return via a decent dividend they'll keep shorting this imo!

a dividend of 8.64p in 2015 should get us to over 125 once the funds start piling back in.where are you going to get 7% yield.
