Tipped again by ST of the IC today as one of his top 4 house building shares for forthcoming growth: BDEV, PSN, TW and BVS.Inland Homes also tipped to benefit in the same article.

What's the consensus on here for fair value! As long as the economy keeps rolling - that's a big if I know, but it is likely that the Government will do as much as possible to make everyone keep feeling good(or most) up to the election etc.. -
TW forward looking forecast is good over the next two years and Divi looks pretty much guaranteed. Landbank, probable entry into the ftse 100 etc...
£2 within 12 months and £2.50 to £3.0 within 24 would be sweet, but this is more than a doubling of current value and it seems to have taken ages to kick up from the £1.00 mark ...thoughts?

No idea about gaps and charts but that one looks perfect to me. Unless you don't hold of course.

Closing above 130p would be very nice. ST of the IC made bullish comments on TW and BDEV today. (I hope that's a good thing.)

Positive comments from Neil Hermon of Henderson today recommending TW (and Bellway) due to strong management, economies of scale and attractive valuations on a number of metrics.

homeboy35 it was me who said the gap will fill. Not when it would fill. The only gap TW has never filled is at 100p it dropped to 101p twice so safe to say it probably wont. We are only 13p above the gap at the moment, and this share went from 132.7p to 101p last time.IMHO this run is opposite to the trading pressure direction at the moment and is being done to give ftse 100 inclusion. SO be it, I think it will be dropped to assist tracker funds to fill their boots then we may well see a gap fill at that time.
I hope it goes to 200p none stop, but it wont, just don't loose sight of the horizon. ATB

Why sell a good housebuilder at this stage in the cycle?

Buy and hold is best.

Anyone who wants to trade can always buy CFDs on a dip.
