Now touching a 30% collapse since the spike following results etc.
Out of alignment with any other index.
I firmly believe that the sector, and TW in particular, has been targeted by hedge funds as a show of strength amongst other things.

Remember when the govt stopped bank shorting [or demanded transparency] they all moved over to housebuilders and airlines? well I think we are getting more of the same.

all the commercial property types are coming out with 'stellar' (ish) results, B'Land, LandSec, Great Portland etc... (and Grainger - NY Boy - how are they doing?)

Here's a new game to keep us amused until the shorters decide they've made enough out of PI's.

Let's guess the floor.

I'll start at 30p - no reason for that figure except that it is a round number and if it goes below that they will have it well and truly on the run.

A 26% fall in 2 weeks and nothing from the company? I've been expecting a significant bounce for a while now but it just keeps dropping.

News has no impact on TW unless it is bad.It hasn't for the last 6 months or so with the exception of the results that moved it up before the bears got their teeth back into it and sent it spiralling down.

TI, the data is published for the past month so April, you can get previous months to plot a trend by changing the download month.

Hmmm i am losing a lot of money at the mo (on paper)... i really hope this new bull market arrives soon because i'm getting a little nervous here, like a lot of people i imagine.
