12/5/2010 16:19 | Still not really sure of where the relative weakness is compared with other house-builders. To think I thought this would hit 50 not so long ago. I'd be happy with 40 again. | the itch
12/5/2010 15:32 | DOW now up 100 . | mknight
12/5/2010 15:26 | A close of 38p would be fair .all those in favour print I | mknight
12/5/2010 14:25 | Munky Chunky ,Agreed its a traders stock at the moment , it may change but you need to take your 10 percent and move on for now . | mknight
12/5/2010 13:55 | The thing also is to have your own PLAN and make up your own mind, look and think what it will be worth realistically and sell then - not wait for some pie in the sky 50p+ figure that ain't gonna happen anytime soon - I'm looking for 39.40 initially, maybe 43. Just trying to be realistic and get out then, and wait for a pullback, then go in again. | munkychunky
12/5/2010 13:13 | I hold BDEV shares and its share price currently up 5.75%. Very nice. :) I guess the Con-Lib government's 6 billion austerity plan hasn't scare anyone there but here. | etome
12/5/2010 13:10 | By the raving looney party | mknight
12/5/2010 13:08 | sell rec came out on BDEV today as well.. | wolterix
12/5/2010 12:55 | Taylor Wimpey de España is relatively small compared to UK and North America business. TW. reported two weeks ago that 99% sold for the half year and 74%/69% sold for the full year targeted completions. In addition, North American business (especially Canada) is strong. Don't really see a drop like today is rational. Anyway, I will keep an eye and maybe take a punt. | etome
12/5/2010 12:28 | Not strange really. Spain earlier announced further austerity measures.PSN/bdev not in Spain, TW is....alas. | muscletrade
12/5/2010 12:12 | Next year ..... next week please old chap . | londonfinancial
12/5/2010 12:08 | Just bought a few more at 36.5p Now holding £26K at average 40.5p......maybe now I should just turn off the computer till next year!! ;-) | aspers
12/5/2010 11:51 | Yeah. very strange indeed. Have kept an eye on TW. since this morning. All other builders are up, but TW. in the red. It seems this share is manipulated. | etome
12/5/2010 11:42 | Thought that a year ago. Nothing we can do.TW is the plaything of the funds and they will take it wherever they want whenever they want. I can understand movement within a sector as funds move from one company to another but when he whole sector lifts and TW falls you have to accept that it is specific and targeted. | grax
12/5/2010 11:38 | Look at it this way guys...every time she falls buy a load more....then, come back in a year and smile!!!! :-) | aspers
12/5/2010 11:31 | This share sucks so much compared to bdev (in terms of share price performance), always seems to lag - questioning why I bothered to buy back in here again the other day (also got some bdev) | munkychunky
12/5/2010 11:30 | PSn up 3% TW down 1.5% seems about right these days!!!! | frequentbuyer
12/5/2010 11:23 | ....and here we go again. | grax
12/5/2010 11:14 | Yes it sure is , Barrats and bovis are 4.5 and 5percent up . | mknight
