Multi from her eddy.

Bought in at 30, topped up mid high 20's. will top up again at 40. large upside when the economy recovers. Lost decade of house building etc.

Last trading day before Xmas 2010, we had a high of 30.75p.

You'll all sleep better tonight knowing that ;)

They can probably recover most of the costs from either their lawyers (bad legal advice), their lawyers' insurers (professional indemnity) or their own insurers (whatever the equivalent of professional indenity is for builders).

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape about a Daily Mail article - they tend to be very selective about what they report and indeed ignorant of many of the facts.

I expect someone's head has rolled for this. What a waste. Nevertheless, I have every faith that they can report it as a double-digit margin event :o)

Given that the judgement (to demand demolition) was made in January, I think the hit will already have been taken in the half year results.

But then this is the world of TW. accounting, where previous exceptional losses are written back as part of 'double digit margins' so who knows?

Anyone know how complete the 24 houses were? There'll be a land and WIP write-down of some £2.5m associated with that, let's hope it's already been provided for.....That's the bubbly for the shareholders' meeting gone.

Nice trade aphro. Obviously the wider market rally is a factor, but that wasn't apparent yesterday morning.

Should I ever see daylight on this festering pustule (can't sell for a loss, even a smaller loss - as soon as I do it will continue on up, it's Written...) please be sure to keep posting your trading stuff.

God knows I need the advice...

He is where I live! :0)

I couldn't understand why TW shares should be marked down on the back of him dying!

They were and I decided to buy back my short.
