Taylor Wimpey upgraded to outperform from neutral at Credit Suisse, target price 47p up from 25p.

Just had a look at my sell target, had to upgrade it by 5p.

Patience required here.

Tempting to switch into LLOY @ 60p but I think TW. has the better immediate upside potential.

= +25% in (say) 4 weeks ie 52p is quite realistic...whereas 75p for LLOY looks a bit optimistic this side of the LLOY interims.
