You need to work out current vs fair future valuation using your most trusted method.

How do you factor in the re-rating that will come when & if TM is sold and TW. transforms itself into a solely UK business which is relatively ungeared vs yesteryear?

shaws SL. has taken a recent hit, the jap thing and has recently gone ex div, pays about 6%... I dont hold there.. dyor.. not a tip, just one that's on my radar..

Looks like a sector surge for some reason. Maybe the spring sunshine is behind it.....

Saw our estate agent from last year doing two viewings at house opposite yesterday, so perhaps things are picking up now.

no desrespect chaps ,but these so called .. £60k a year paupers arnt daft enough not to realise that in a potentially falling market and that in 5 years .. they want there money back, negative equity or not and that this will saturate the new homes market which will drive prices down .. what am i missing?, as i said with respect ,keep on trucking
