DvD multiple postings shows signs of desperation, if it isn't careful, it will be labeled 'Desperate Dan' lol!

Desperate Dan's latest prediction is '£1 is coming'
It hasn't made a correct call yet, will it be yet another multiple 'wrong' call. It's track record is that of a classic mug-punter, lol, just lol!

I see sales moving a lot higher next year with house prices increasing by another 5% unless 500,000 houses just appear over night, the problem is even if Labour get anywhere close to housing targets the uk will then need another 1.5 million homes, the uk needs homes of all sizes not just affordable starter homes, if you concentrate on 1.5 million starter homes where will people move up to in the future? the cheaper the house you build the bigger the demand, then you have demand outstripping supply & again prices rise. The uk does not have the ability to build homes for everyone I afraid! even if house price do dip the will just rise in the future by double/triple the amount, unfortunately its been the same with every down turn.

My guess is that house sales will fall off a cliff as soon as the new stamp duty rates kick-in in the spring. beckers, you're always asking when the price crash will come; if there is one, I think it's likely to occur next year and will probably have gained recognisable momentum by the summer. This last price rise to an avg of £300k for a house will perhaps become the high watermark for prices and could be the last sputtering of this over-inflated market.

Excellent piece in the FT on house prices:

England house prices ‘affordable’ only for richest 10% in 2022-23.

Office for National Statistics data highlights property market pressures

The warning signs really are piling up fast now. Interesting article on AFFORDABILITY from the Guardian:

Cost of buying average home in England now unaffordable, warns ONS.

Only richest 10% can afford to buy as figures show average household needs 8.6 times disposable income to meet asking price

Actually junkears, it does matter how long you hold a share. According to you, you're planning for death, so you are unlikely to see the benefit of very long-term trades now.

Regarding non-listed builders; there are literally hundreds across the country and many are building large developments. Read the news on any day and there are always several stories on new projects. I've posted a few on here previously.

As usual, the gist of your message is denial. The market however does not agree with you. 128p today. £1 is coming.

My understanding is if you are shorting shares you have to cover the dividend

Beckers, you are not answering the very ordinary questions I'm asking because they show just how illogical you are. Current price 128p and TW struggling to hold onto that.

Junkears, any investor who doesn't know how to short is investing with one arm tied behind their back. You are clearly very naive.

You have no idea what I do, you certainly have no idea what you do, evidently by your decisions that you post on here, lol, just lol!

junkears, anyone looking on rightmove can find agricultural land at £10k an acre. And just like any market, there are always people offering land for sale at completely unrealistic prices. Those offers will be there a year from now. Glad you're reading my posts and at least trying to answer them in your own thickheaded way. It does make you out to be a double and triple liar though; you keep claiming to have 'filtered' me.

Becks I think I made the best call buying at 30-37p & sill holding all those shares & receiving every dividend along the way which is now about £1.24 per share but, Do you get dividends when shorting shares?

So beckers, you've finally managed to get out of bed. Well done. And your first bit of work on here? Cut and paste a message that you've pasted dozens of time previously. Why don't you stop being such a w@nker and answer honestly for once? Is it because you're a liar and a fraud? I'll give you another opportunity to answer questions about your claims to be such a 'brilliant' trader (btw, real investors take a look at the market open and don't lie in bed until after midday):

Did you advise them when to sell beckers? And would you say that someone who bought at 86p but didn't sell is now a 'mug-punter'? Would you advise that person to sell now? You say that you sold at 130p. Hard for you to say no to a sale now given the direction of the share price Are you buying TW now? If not, why not? junkears would like you to buy. He was trying to say in his mealy-mouthed way, that you and he had been buying at this level a couple of weeks back. Are you saying that junkears is wrong about you and that you are not a buyer of TW currently? Are you able to make any more 'good calls' on TW or was your claimed 86p call a flash in the pan?
