The GT R Pro used Brembo.This is the GT Black: by all accounts a VERY different beast from the GT R Pro, and geared towards track performance.

The AMG GT Black series was revealed yesterday with the 4 litre V8 coming with CC brakes fitted as standard.

Doubt this is related to the price rise though ;)

Five buy trades at 25p totalling 41,000 shares reported in the last minute of trading :o))

Either there's news coming tomorrow, or someone was just very keen and perhaps others noticed and quickly followed suit.....we shall see.

Yes noticed that too, 5 out of 6 market makers on the ask at 25p just before the last minute trades.

Wins came off the 23p bid causing it to drop to 22p at 10:14 before any listed trades, this led to the initial drop so there looks to be an unreported sell but the market makers didn't keep the shares for very long.

Intriguing last minute trading today as all the market makers adjusted upwards at the close. The equivalent at a racecourse would be “the bookies’ stands getting knocked over” in the rush to get money on a horse as a new price is marked up!

4 years ago OEM 3 were the front runners, a contract with them would be fantastic also bringing their two sister companies into the equation.

looking back 4 and 10 years it just shows how much longer it has taken than investors and the company hoped it would but with a new safety critical product you can understand why.

I went back to post number 1 which was in Feb 2010, I didn't realise this BB has been running for Ten and a half years, I knew I had read all 4127 posts but that only averages a fraction over 1 a day and unlike most BBs they have been worth reading.

Was doing a cursory check on the ST website, and noticed they had updated the share holder listing. I have updated the header respectively.

Looks like Rathbones took part in the recent placing and are back as a significant holding. Odd that we shouldn't have had an RNS to that effect.

The Cannacord Genuity holding seems quite fluid, being slightly up from where it was at the end of May.

Cc brakes aren't essential for all Tesla vehicles, but if the forthcoming Roadster and Model S Plaid models want to compete for lap times on the Nurburgring they will need them.Equally, if the Roadster is to manage 600 miles between charges then it will need the smallest form and lowest weight brake rotors available. I wonder if the Fremont entrepreneur has ever driven a Briggs Mono.

Pug, agree re volatility, and not wanting to be known as a speculative stock. But this Board, and the current shareholders, have always been pretty calm and considered.

I hope Zeus can introduce a few more cornerstone institutions, and keep us out of the tipsheets.

Graham1TY - Thanks for head's up re team move - Not so sure about sales team What we do not want is share push volatility (imo) ie:- No traders - No share price volatility - Just let DB and team to push on with quality - and new contracts.

PS- Tesla now most valuable car company

Would be nice if they came calling for our weigh reducing brakes so long as they did not screw us on contract terms - Wishful thinking (imo)

Welcome new people! Things have quietened down again - feels like a normal July. Still that could be a good thing as we approach the anniversary of the 16th July RNS announcing a contract award from OEM5. I have always thought things would get interesting in Q3 of 2020 - although I am more minded to think Q4 will be the time for interesting RNS. Fils
