What shareholders were led to believe was an acquisition is now just a "merger of capabilities". Well that would be right because the deal does not conclude until 2025 and that's only if TF meet certain performance targets.

I reiterate there is no acquisition here.

No conspiracy reason for the lack of mention on the website, just professional incompetence.

As you'd expect from a company more focused on stringing people along with empty phrases and endless dilutive share issues than actually running a credible business.
