For an RNS offering promises of 'Vast Opportunities' (lol) there do seem to be a lot of grumpy gamblers (sorry, 'investors') on here.

Already shed 3p off the bid from its peak earlier, and the day is still young.

IMO in years to come this will be seen as a textbook case of how to sucker in the inexperienced (and even some who might consider themselves moderately clever) with wild promises, offering reams of extra shares and dilution to keep the bandwagon rolling. It'll end in tears though, just a question of when.

""We will have an offering for the supply chain sector which surpasses anything available globally"

Serious question. If TF are adding value that surpasses anything globally why is the price just £4 million, not £400 million or even £40 million but just £4 million. I will tell you why. TF has no trade under the global pandemic and neither has SYME or any inventory company for that matter. No matter much how you play with the words 0 + 0 = 0.

SYME are placing shares to keep the lights on that's all not to expand the business.

"The Company intends to fund the initial cash component of the transaction from an investment of fresh capital being finalised with a group of new institutional investors."

New investors? What happened to the Captive Bank. The Inventory Funder, Quadrivo Group and Storm Harbour.

lol.. I reckon pizza boy has broken out in spots..

The fact they have accepted initially an offer less than the valuation means quite clearly they can see the joining together means more than just synergies.
1 + 1 = 10..
A new asset class going across the world. Once the daytraders ferk off the share price will settle as we await an awful lot of positive news..

VAST OPPORTUNITIES

"We will have an offering for the supply chain sector which surpasses anything available globally"

Alessandro Zamboni, Chief Executive, Supply@Me Capital PLC, commented: "We are pleased to reach this next milestone for the Company with the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement with TradeFlow. We have been continually impressed by the quality of the business that Tom and John have built, having established themselves as a respected funder for inventory in transit, particularly among SME-sized businesses. By bringing TradeFlow into the Supply@ME stable, we will have an offering for the supply chain sector which surpasses anything available globally, with vast opportunities to create even more value for our investors."
