26/5/2021 10:54 | Do SYME now own Tradeflow? This could be huge! | baconlover

26/5/2021 10:50 | kemche, 35107. Are we sure Tradeflow are even aware they are being taken over by the financial powerhouse that is SYME? Still seeing no mention of Supply@ME Capital plc', 'Supply@ME Capital', 'Supply@ME', 'SYME' or 'Alessandro Zamboni' on . Maybe they don't know. | ![]() bbmsionlypostafter

26/5/2021 10:32 | It is a testament to the business acumen and savvy of AZ that he has managed to pull off such a carefully structured deal that will only enhance and add to the investment allure of SYME. To be able to purchase the unicorn that is Tradeflow under the very noses of all the bulge bracket investment banks is a masterstroke of a shrewd operator that is AZ. No wonder the II are lining up to invest. Just imagine managing to buy an asset that has been INDEPENDENTLY valued at £31m for a paltry sum of circa £7m is a financial coup. The combination of two unicorns under one umbrella will provide the II's an opportunity to invest in a Shire sized mega unicorn. | ![]() kemche
26/5/2021 10:22 | stark - "It doesn't matter as now we can say for 100% certainty that there will be future profits as TF is cash generative" TF is a private Singaporean company. There is no evidence they are cash generative. I would strongly argue they have been hit harder than most by the pandemic due to the fact they are in the far east where it supposedly originated. If an independent valuer puts a value on TF of only £31 million in 2025 four years time FFS what does that say about the value of the company today. Today SYME alone is worth £135 million and that was due to Prospectus £224 million asset scam. Both companies are worth zero. The future of both at the moment is reliant on how much SYME can raise from the next placing. | ![]() pwhite73

26/5/2021 10:10 | 2nd request. Can anyone offer an explanation as to why a search of using the terms 'Supply@ME Capital plc', 'Supply@ME Capital', 'Supply@ME', 'SYME' or 'Alessandro Zamboni' yields zero results ? Nothing Found Sorry, no posts matched your criteria. | ![]() bbmsionlypostafter |
