An absolute gift for the shorts. Give them a nice spike to enter before those accounts, delayed yet again, appear next week. No amount of 'Vast Opportunities' hyperbole will be able to cover the holes.

VAST OPPORTUNITIES

"We will have an offering for the supply chain sector which surpasses anything available globally"

Alessandro Zamboni, Chief Executive, Supply@Me Capital PLC, commented: "We are pleased to reach this next milestone for the Company with the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement with TradeFlow. We have been continually impressed by the quality of the business that Tom and John have built, having established themselves as a respected funder for inventory in transit, particularly among SME-sized businesses. By bringing TradeFlow into the Supply@ME stable, we will have an offering for the supply chain sector which surpasses anything available globally, with vast opportunities to create even more value for our investors."

Henry, see #35034 for an eyes-open explanation.

Despite the excited newbies piling in for more, it's based on quicksand.

You've been had, as will become apparent I'm sure in the fullness of time.

gasman102 - "4m is being paid by institutional investors."

No. Institutional (more than one) investors are investing in SYME. SYME will then use that money to pay £4 million in cash for TF. Another 813 million shares will be handed to the TF directors.

On 29/01/2021 SYME published its interims to 30/06/2020 it had only £892k in cash. It would have burnt through all that money by now with no revenues coming in. So this upcoming placing is more about keeping the lights on at SYME than the acquisition of TF but AZ uses the acquisition of TF to hide the fact SYME is insolvent.

This is still 100% a scam.
