Potter, I hope you are not insinuating that our dear BygD is some hapless and misguided buffoon. The very idea of impugning the intellect of such a canny and shrewd investor is beyond contempt.

-------

I cannot believe anyone would have the temerity to do that, Big D is always right!

Has he ever been wrong about AERO?

Tom's not impressed by their numbers!

He's more bearish than we are!

And who can blame him?

I wonder what the TOTAL COST of the HS litigation capitulation, sorry I mean "settlement"! really is?

Come on Big D, enlighten us, how much did the failed litigation cost AERO shareholders, including lawyers fees, and presumably, HS's costs?

Well kemche, Everything done so no more issues to address apart from gaining business and that's picking up nicely as this sector begins to gain pace. Nothing to keep this from going up now unless of course reliable news has got it all wrong.
Those who have held their nerve could soon be in a much better mood, Some of course will be making and hopefully not losing as was the case with you lot in charge of these threads, It's certainly not gloomy now(apart from the usual group who are clinging on with their negative campaign)
We've only just started so well worth catching up with what's on offer,

Club, Unfortunately Aero have as much chance of achieving flight as the Dodo. And like it, it will meet the same sorry demise.

Potter, I hope you are not insinuating that our dear BygD is some hapless and misguided buffoon. The very idea of impugning the intellect of such a canny and shrewd investor is beyond contempt. He has repeatedly shown, by his mastery of the English language, and the sheer brilliance of his analysis, that he is no ordinary Schmo. He has repeatedly called this right and I have no doubt that he will continue to do so. He said categorically that there was not going to be a fundraising and there wasn't. He told us in no uncertain terms that Hulsey's case had no merit, and so it came to pass. He is constantly telling us that Aero are the national, international, nay, intergalactic leaders in their field and I have no reason to doubt his assertions - however patently absurd they may be. His record of investment success stands as a testament to his unrivalled expertise in all matters financial. And as for his understanding of accounts I think the record will show that it is beyond compare.

To call into question his judgement on this share is very poor. Very poor indeed. You should hang your head in shame!

Thanks Kemche... the BIG One clearly doesn't do Facts & Figures (as published by the Company itself) and clearly doesn't accept that SA need lots of readily available Cash in order to stay in Business whilst pursuing additional, profitable Contracts in its various target Sectors.
The only way to raise a few £million this quarter, in order to provide SA with the prospect of survival for the next 18-24 months, is to issue a few 100 million Shares at an attractive share price (I suggested £0.00685 at a 15% discount to yesterday's peak), which could double the Shares in issue (approximately) If that should happen then that might be the optimum time to buy-in.
SA can't and won't survive without those additional Funds... it's currently an unsustainable Business from a financial perspective, as borne out by all of its own Financial Reports.
BIGD... you should try another 'Game', you're clearly clueless. Consistently ignoring the Company's own Facts & Figures, or lacking the basic ability to consume that Information in an appropriate manner, is a weakness that can only lead to you making very poor investment decisions and losing a large % of your own Money... assuming your invested and not just a clueless RAMPER ?!!

Yes kemche we all know the difficulties suffered in getting Aero established, Now it is and making good progress,
So now what do we do, Take past figures and events as things are or how they have improved and settled,
Strange really, you lot should know after all this time that everything has changed for the better, Contracts won and business growing,
Those involved with Aero and this sector who understand what has been built here and the scope there is have accepted shares as payments at really low prices, Why would they do this if they didn't expected SA to make good gains and grow?
Many with much more knowledge expect fast growth but you tell us they are wrong! As i said you don't make sense!
No on is going to benefit from past results but will they from future ones? According to progress made over he last few months, suggests strongly they will and very soon too.

BygD, Does this make sense?:

Cash at 30/6/16 $275,428
Cash raised at 1 September 2016 £370,000 pre expenses so net say £320,000 at $1.175 = $376,000

Total: $651,000

July to Oct estimated cash inflow from sales: Debtors b/fwd $221,505 plus sales for four months (July to October 2016) $410,740/6 x 4 = $273,826 less closing debtors of $147,727 (estimated at Oct 16 for 97 debtor days or 53% of sales) equals $350,604 or $87,651 cash collected per month.

So $651,000 plus four months of sales cash collection $350,604 equals $1,001,604.

Estimated $1,001,604 cash at 31/10/16 is needed to pay Current liabilities as at 1/7/16 of $1,677,594 plus 4 months of cash losses ($2,050,262 / 6 x 4 ) of $1,366,841 = $3,044,435. And that is WITHOUT the lawyers fees and Hulsey's $75,000 (awarded for MERIT presumably!)

Now I am no accountant but I make that a shortfall of $2,042,831!

And that is WITHOUT the long term liabilities of $1,199,222.

Aero are certainly leaders in their field. Fund raising field that is!

By my estimation the fundraising should be imminent.

But I am sure that I am wrong!

So Potty how much growth will there be before a placing? and at what price will it be? Do you think they still need to give shares away when everything is in place and demand is growing for SA's services?
You and the rest are being really shabby with your out of date views, They don't make sense at all!

Good morning pottymagic, Andy, Stig, Kemche and group, Same old stuff again and again!, Hope you lot don't miss this again, Things have changed and all clear to go, SA as a fully integrated leading worldwide group in this fast expanding sector and is now on the up no matter what you bring up about the past, Things have changed over the last few days, weeks and months,

Investing at the right time in any new technology is what it's all about! Maybe best to pick your best entry point as you've been saying! then You won't need to cry and sulk about what you've missed later. Third time lucky for you maybe? Check it out and Think hard! You need to think with coming news where we'll be when and if a placing comes and at what price?
Potty! you were waiting for a better entry point at half of where we are now so how have you been right? The time you have been right is to claim free speech, and alter and mislead as you see fit to suit your own views

So for those of us who have always undertaken our own due diligence based on readily available Facts & Figures, all is now revealed... and I know that I for one have been right all along about the Business, its precarious Finances, its problems AND its opportunities.

Going to wait for the dust to settle following the imminent round of Fund raising that is definitely (obviously) about to take place, as the RNS has clearly declared and will invest, finally, at long last... providing the Company raises a few £million and doubles the number of Shares in issue (approximately). Clearly SA needs £2-5million to provide stability for a couple of years as it pursues and hopefully secures all available Opportunities for good Business.

I like what Geo do, I like SA's Service offerings, I like the target Sectors, I like the Training arrangements with Education Organisations which could provide flexible, Globe-trotting, skilled Resources to SA for future contractual obligations... and I like the potential to buy-in at the very best time following all of these initial growth pains and turmoil, which will only be if a few £million is raised in the coming weeks with the inevitable impact on Shares in issue and the share price

Time to Fly !!!

What are the margins on their contracts such as the previously announced Hinckley Point?

Why won't someone as knowledgeable as you claim to be about this stock not answer the question?
